Just a thought, but since its locked shouldn't it be unstickyed and put in the dead topic zone?

There dosn't seem to be a reason to keep it up there.

It is up there to be an example to new forumites on what spam is.

At least, thats what I thought.

A fair assumption, as the first post (by shiney, of course) states:
This thread is an example for new people who don't know what "spam" is.

I think we did a pretty good job. What about you?

EDIT: Besides, not like its actually hurting you is it? I mean, really. What's it matter?

This thread is an example for new people who don't know what "spam" is.

*slaps self*

I remember reading that before. Stupid absent mindedness...

However, I find it a bit silly that we have a thread defineing spam. People should use common sence on that subject. Just a thought; I'm not going to loose a night's sleep over a spam thread (and all those that do are total nerds).

Edit: Come to think of it, I may have posted this very topic some time ago...

*slaps self again for being so absent minded*

I think you're remembering this thread (http://forum.nuklearpower.com/showthread.php?t=10842), wherein you complained that nobody reads the 8-bit blog thread, which is currently sitting at 10,148 views, as opposed to the 109 views of the thread wherein you linked your forums. Wonder which one's next. The "Evil Rules of Iron Fistiness" thread?

Many people don't have common sense. That's why I had to make that stupid thread. I got sick of trying to explain what spam was to idiots who didn't understand it.

If common sense were more common, the people who write diet books would be out of business.

If common sense were common, people would leave dead topics dead instead of posting in them.
