At the risk of sounding noobish... may I know what Weiss Kreuz is about?

From what I gathered in the last 15 minutes of the movie, it's about four bishoujo assassins. One has a crossbow, one uses grot wires, one uses a claw, and the other uses a sword. I'm not entirely sure about the crossbow or the sword, tho.
