brian, i have but two words to say to you- FUCKING AWESOME.

i just got my copy on thursday (god bless barnes and noble gift cards). the book rules. ive got to say my favorite part was the last hundered pages. i dont think ive read a better written ending in my entire life. personally i cant wait to see atomik age. personally, i think Dr. Genuis should do some reality bending thingy and bring rachel back from the dead. SPLITING THE VERY FABRIC OF REALITY, W00T!

:shifty:

by the way, this has been sticking in my head- the perfect voice of nihel- JAMES EARL JONES!

anyway, this just confirmed that you are an excellent author.

I'm continually getting the feeling that I should maybe read this thing you call 'Brian's Book'. Is it as wonderful as I dare imagine O~o -!

Yeah, I have a feeling like that too, Nique.

Except you might be able to get one in a bookstore over there. I, on the other hand, would order via the internet, and I don't do that. Maybe it's because I'm one of those old guys, reluctant to change my ways. Maybe it's because I want to handpick my book, to get the crispiest(sp?) copy.

Whatever it is, they don't sell it here. Which totally sucks.

I hope it's not because you buy into the security problem/idetity theft myth. I ran an internet business, it's pretty much impossible to steal your personal information unless the whole "business" is set up to be a fraud from the get-go and even then it would be easy for the authorities to track you down. It's kind of like why robbing a bank is a bad idea. Everyone expects it to happen, so there's half a dozen things in your way, most of which you can't see and are automatic.

Anyway, you can easily get the book without the internet. Go to any book store and ask them to order the book for you by the ISBN, which is 0595325114. Go to a chain store for best/fastest results.

I really should start reading it again. I only got to about page 100 before college took possession of my free time. It's been awesome so far, though.

I can wait until it hits Barnes & Noble bargin bin. I mean, I'm sure I can hold out for another 3 seconds until that happens...

...

...SO burn.

I jest, of course.

especially since that's impossible- its a print on demand book. i'd bet if brian took out a run of NA, then he'd be an instant best seller.

I don't think Nihel is one of those villains that should have an unnaturally deep voice. I think a voice like Doc Ock's from Spiderman 2 would be better suited for him

I agree to the supreme greatness of 'Brian's Book.' It is my all-time favorite book. I was able to find it in my local Barne's and Noble (albeit in the Current Events section LMAO) and didn't mind paying full-price, especially in hind-sight now that I know how good the book really is. :) Keep up the good work Brian, can't wait for Atomik Age!

My insides are slowly melting away and they can only be stopped by a copy of Atomik Age in my hands

Just got this book and stop reading at the fifth chapter. I know there's a looong way to go, but Brian, I have to tell you something:

Nuklear Age is THE badass. And Dr. Menace is just SOOO sexy x///3. I must say, I'm liking it so far, being it so similar and yet so difference than 8-bit.

Well, I'll continue reading it. And YES, we ALL love Nuklear Age, right?

It's great that you love the book so far, but in the words of Bachman-Turner Overdrive: You ain't seen nothin' yet. Later sections of the book are simply incredible. Mind-blowing. Perception-altering, if you will. So much so that at times I have entertained the notion of abandoning my unworthy life and founding the United Church of Clevinger, so that we all may hear His Word and be Guided by It, and also that we might have chocolatey Cookies every third Tuesday of the month. Mmm...Cookies.

Chrismith: one of the things I tell people at conventions to get their attention is, "Buy this book. It will change your life."

When we have you instated as Jesus, Brian, all peoples of the Earth will read The Book, and their existences shall be, like, enrichened. Or something.

Actually, we probably won't have to wait that long. Let's just slap some Bible covers on the things and drop them in church pews. People won't know the difference until it's too late.

Yeah, it is perception-altering. Somehow I find myself associated with books like that. 1984, Fight Club...

It's definitely gets close to the Bible in size. Though I wish the book was longer.

For Easter coming up it could marketed as Nuklear Age: All the Easter Eggs you'll this year.
