I would have said 'To eat the puny mortal' (I played Dragon Court as well at some point... awesome game, just hated how you only had limited quests) but it didnt seem to make a lot of sense. Anyway.
Would never have got the first one tho.

I'm actually pretty bad at riddles myself but I got three long ones.
You are in a room with no doors and no windows. There is a table and a mirror. How do you get out? Hint: The answer plays on words.
The next two are supposed to allow a sort of "yes or no" question and answer.
Two guys were in a cabin with a door and a window that was larger than the door. Nobody came into or out of the cabin. How did the men die? The last thing they saw was white. Hint: They did not die of old age.
Two men were in a room with no doors and no windows. There was a table and 53 bicycles. One man shot the other. Why? Hint: more play on words.

"What has forests but no trees, lakes but no waters, and towns but no buildings?"
Both the Moon and Mars have areas refered to by those names(but no trees, water, or buildings as of yet), though I doubt that'd be the answer.

Two guys were in a cabin with a door and a window that was larger than the door. Nobody came into or out of the cabin. How did the men die? The last thing they saw was white. Hint: They did not die of old age.
1)a)I would pick up the table and break the one way mirror with it, then walk out.
b)If in fact it turned out to be a normal mirror I would woe the fact that I had wasted the only two tools I had at my disposal in one go. Then I would follow hell-ryu out the hole.
2)Did the two men get fried by the sun through the giant window to their metal cabin?

IHMN #1 - 9:00 PM.
dglove #2 - Nobody came in or out, meaning no people. But an avalanche came in just fine.
Here's an old one:
You walk into a room and the door locks behind you. There are two other doors there. A piece of paper hung on the wall informs you that one of them leads to certain death and the other leads to safety. It also says that there are two computers in the room, one programmed to give true facts, and the other to give lies. It doesn't say which computer is which. You may ask one question to a computer.
How do you escape?
Minor Dizaster
01-14-2004, 12:22 AM
Ask either computer what the other would say to the question, "Which door leads to certain death?" Then, since that will be a lie either way, go through that door.

For #3 and 4, those answers I guess could work, but I got these questions off of a site a long time ago, and they had specific answers...

Jeez, You even have clever answers.... Curse you.. :P My riddles aren't hard... I know a really hard one... but I can't remember it.... I'll think of it... sooner or later... and even you won't be able to to figure it out!
but for now:
#1: Jack bets Craig $100 that he can predict the score of the hockey game before it starts. Craig agrees, but loses the bet. Why did Craig lose the bet?
#2: A woman shoots her husband.
Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes.
Finally, she hangs him.
But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together.
How can this be?

2) Takes a picture, put picture under water thingy in dark room, hangs it to dry, then they go have dinner.

I read it as Craig was the better and lost...

1) Before the game started, Jack bet Craig $100 that he could predict the score of the hockey game. Then he predicted the score just before it ended.
2)This is answered, but I still have to say that Harry Houdini's wife did all that stuff to him all the time. Also, I'm sure they went out to eat after some of the shows.

8 pieces in three cuts? No way. Three cuts can only do 4 to 7 pieces.

You cut through the middle, you cut perpendicular to the first cut(making four), and then you cut it in half top to bottom(making 8). Three dimensions in this world Ray.

#1: Jack bets Craig $100 that he can predict the score of the hockey game before it starts. Craig agrees, but loses the bet. Why did Craig lose the bet?
Because he didn't have to predict it CORRECTLY. All he had to do was predict a score before the game started.
