He smelled the turtle. Underwater. Meh, if you can drain the submerged airsub by pulling plug I don't see why it should be difficult to smell a turtle. Especially one that big -- have you ever smelled a turtle, or its water?

Of course, RM still gets props 'cause he was the only one who could smell the turtle over BM's "spell components."

ya know ive noticed something. Brians cat get's sick a lot. ive had 2 cats one is 13 Y/O and another 10 Y/O and they have never been sick. that i know of.

I imagine that White Mage is doing something outside of the sub, while Thief is doing something inside of the sub.

Is that an adamantoise? It's not from FF1. I'm thinking it's an adamantoise from FF3j.

EDIT: Well, I did some research, and it's a monster called (quite ironically) a Land Turtle.

RM probably invented that feat himself, twink that he is. In fact, the turtle probably REALLY took them completely unaware and destroyed their airsub...but in their final moments, RM had the brilliant idea of having Thief steal RM's character sheet from the past, altering it to include the Smelling Turtles feat, and return it to the past so that when the giant sea (land) turtle came after them, RM's new retroactively applied feat would warn them by way of temporal paradox.

In fact, that sort of thing could explain so much of Red Mage's mind-bending "physics." Gotta love RM!:rmage:
