The deal with the twilight princess is that if I choose to get a wii, i will probably get the wii version, if not, then the gc version is the one for me.

I'll be buying Rainbow Six: Vegas (360) when it's out in November (as my October birthday presant) so that's off the list.

It's most likely to be Gears of War (360) and/or Splinter Cell: Double Agent (again, 360) under my tree this year.

Shortly following that in Feburary is Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Portals and Team Fortress 2.

i shall say final fantay XII since its really the only game that interests me right now.... till PS3 at least.

Final Fantasy XII is really the only game I envision myself buying soon. Well, maybe God of War 2 too. And I'm heavily debating Twilight Princess for the Gamecube, though I might just wait until I get a Wii.

The problem really is that I'm waiting at least a couple years, as I always do, to get the next-gen consoles. I'm not anticipating buying a Wii until late 2007/early 2008 and it may be even longer before I buy a PS3. And I have no interest whatsoever in XBox 360.

Fortunately there are enough PS1, PS2, old PC, and Gamecube games to entertain me in the meanwhile. Hell, I'm playing Suikoden 2 for the PS1 on my PS2 right now (just finished the original Suikoden) and I enjoyed replaying those two games more than I've enjoyed most PS2 and Gamecube titles. So I'm really not in a terrible rush. After this, I still get to play Dragon Quest VIII for the first time, and MGS3: Subsistence, and FFXII, and all those will keep me busy well into 2007.
