You may create threads only in "Forum related stuff." If there's a problem only Fuitad, the board administrator, can resolve, we will move the thread to "Tell the admin" so he knows about it. "Tell the admin" is usually closed for posting because Fuitad gets a message every time someone posts in that subforum.
