You were at the office one day, sipping your coffee, making jokes with your friends, when suddenly everything came to a screeching halt. Someone went postal. The last thing you remember is getting a bullet to the head. Enter Seed. The massive world of true reality. The way things REALLY are. You have left Fiction behind and found Fact. Magic is real.
Perhaps you were from Earth, enjoying life until an unfortunate car crash.(TheoGenesis)Perhaps you were created by the universe....Or perhaps you were a powerful mortal from Creation that simply became immensely powerful...Whoever you are, you are now an immortal being with unparalleled might and wisdom. More than any mortal. You have an entire civilization at your command. Whether through worship, respect, veneration or just plain love, you have many thousands of followers that may follow you to the pit.
Your Realm:
You begin the game with 7 provinces that compose your Realm. First you describe your Realm in as descriptive a way as possible, thereby earning an advantage. This comprises your center realm.
Population Limit:
You begin the game with 10,000 followers. You gain 10,000 per week of productive play.
Exploration:
Immortals may gain treasure, more followers, artifacts, etcetera through exploration.
Divines and Death
In the Realms, Divines does not only count humanoid gods, but gods of all races, even monstrous races.
As a divine being you cannot be directly affected by another divine unless you have been challenged to the Omega Challenge in which the challenge is invoked. The loser will obviously die since there is no other way to leave the challenge once it has begun.
Demigods
A demigod must be the divine's direct incarnation (son, daughter, spawn)and must be raised by the divine itself, teaching it as it grows. A very time consuming activity but the pay if great compared to normal Chosen. They have minor powers akin to your own and are able to directly affect other Demigods aversely
Avatars
A god may create an avatar of him/her/itself which would be able to do anything a mortal can do and would be able to directly interact with followers that follow a different god. A god can not directly affect an avatar but their followers can, so be careful. The avatar also knows everything the divine does and is able to use its powers and magic.
An avatar is the true power of a Divine and May be brought back many times after death. Each time weakening the god reducing its total strenght by 1/4 two weeks real time after which the divine returns to normal power.
Fate
Fate is a very valuable resource. It is the power and character your realm holds, its very loyalty to its God. Everyone has a limited amount of essence to begin, but it can be used up. Fate creates Mega Magic, incredibly awe-inducing magics - even by Immortal standards! You can rip up the very earth, create a thousand deadly killer ravens with a gesture, kill everything in the immediate area, warp time/dimensions, and nearly anything else (But, to be safe, when using Fate send me a Private Line regarding what you want done, and I'll go off that). Fate shows an Immortal's true power over the land.
Heroes
Heroes are designated warriors that follow you. The most important of your followers may become Heroes. They are worth 500 followers each. You must role play making them in order for them to follow you.
Pilgrims
Whenever you get to the Ancillae rank, you will gather foreigner-heroes who will come to your land, occasionally, just to serve you. They are fanatically loyal and beyond being heroes they have a few special abilities related to your domain.
These can be usefull, as you'd probably gather. They are more than unique.
Influence
Whether worship, veneration, or just plain respect, you gain the power to do miracles through Influence. Influence is raw power, similar to Fate, although Fate is more powerful even than Influence. Influence allows you strengthen your society. Unlike Fate its power is restricted almost, but not completely, to your own followers.
Geotonomancy
Geotonomancy is the art of crafting new and alternate worlds and realities. These worlds exist sperate from the Realms Supernatural and the material. This is a very difficult skill, even harder to master than Mythcrafting. Effectively, you could gain a whole universe made containing just about whatever you wish.
Some have even theorized that using this art in reverse polarity could possible have the opposite effect.
SEEKER: These are powered up versions of there old selves, and have a single unique power, known as Grand Powers. They keep their people and their 3 life limit, and also can travel the tree at will. They gain an Energy Form and ascend a rank along with Ascension. They gain mastery of either Magic or Psionics. Upon you Ascension, you will receive a PM detailing Grand Powers and Energy Form.
Second & Third Ascensions
When an Immortal manages to find a way to ascend a second time they become four times stronger than an ascended. When a Immortal manages to ascend a third time they gain the title of "First One" which replaces their Asencion title and become four times stronger than they were before
Artifacts, Aspect, Wonders
Artifacts are extremely powerful objects that grant the possessor extraordinary abilities. Aspect is when an Immortal discovers a way to permanently increase a stat. Wonders are massive projects that anymay focus on in order to advance in a specific area they choose to do so. Wonders take time(And in the case of an Immortal making an Artifact, an Artifact is considered a Wonder)Artifacts are very rare, and focusing too much purely on Aspect may wear your Immortal thin. I.E. You don't want to be the most badass Immortal in the Realms while your enemies possess secretive Artifacts capable of taking down the likes of Zeus, Odin, and Ra.
