I wake up, undo the braids, comb, brush, pull back tight, and go about my last minute errands for the day. Massive pony-tail trail behind me, light and fluffy, awesome, but frizzy around the head, not very good. Hour before her prom, I wet it, comb it, put the styling gell through it, then tightly pull it back. Head, nice and smooth. Tail: Tightend up like a mutherfucker. >.<

Hitting yourself on accident is embarrassing, if its in the head its down right shameful. I did both at varying degrees of ouch. Then to top the day off I hit myself right in the mouth and split both lips.

So, I was here for the last 10 days on tour with my big band.

That big rock is called the ''Rocher Percé'' which means, in english, ''pierced rock''. You can't really see it from this angle, but there's actually a domed hole in the rock in which people and boats can easily go through. Incedently, that little town down there is called ''Percé''. The big island in the distance is called ''L'île Bonaventure''. It was a long ride to get there, about 14 hours in a van with 10 other musicians, the rest of the band being in other cars and intruments in a trailer. I plan to go back there, but with a lot less people.

A few things to mention: This is from my trip to Seattle to see DISTANT WORLDS: Music from Final Fantasy, a tour that started by celebrating 20 years of Final Fantasy. Man drinking jenga is all good. We had a rule that you could take more than 1 piece (up to 3) and each piece taken beyond the first allowed you a drink nomination. Also as we are complete bastards, each piece beyond the first allowed you to twist and bend the tower more for the next person. The catch was that you had to nominate how many pieces you were taking before touching anything.
Also whoever knocked it over took a vessel, the next 2 people took half a vessel (to encourage skullduggery).

That night's scenario was a bunch of drunken college kids on an adventure cruise in the Bermuda Triangle for spring break. We had ghost ships, sea monsters, zombies, and tentacles!

This pen is the most absurdly cool pen I have ever owned. The light on the end is brighter then a lot of flash lights and lights up a decent sized area. I'm not sure how that is possible. It also has a red laser pointer on the end as well. What is really confusing is that both can operate at the same time with no noticeable decrease in brightness. The pen defies all logic.

The main problem is that it runs on 3 watch batteries. I have no clue how they are pulling that much power out of 3 watch batteries. Its madness I say or magic. Those are totally magic batteries.
(I took it as far apart as I could without breaking it about 5 minutes after I got it.)

Funny story when it was first handed to me I thought it had an awesome blueish LED and a really crappy red one until the laser dot passed over my eye. I was of course staring at the end of the pen when I was first figuring it out what it did because it was handed to me with no explanation.

Also, there's something about the sheer swordiness of that sword that has me in awe.

It is a fine sword but I may have to move it. It might actually be too accessible. I can't seem to sit on or near my bed without pulling it off the wall and swinging it around. Normally not a bad thing except its high carbon steel making it very good for hitting things put touching the blade barehanded can actually etch the finger prints into the steel. So any contact with the blade means I have to wipe it down until I can get some wax or oil. This is also why its not in the scabbard as the leather will eat at the blade as well.

Oh and what I'm missing so far is a tunic, breeches, cape, gloves, and helm. The tunic and breeches you can't really see, the cape and gloves are minor, and I didn't have money for the helm.

Oh I'll have the money soon enough I just don't have it right now. Also, at the moment everything I have is basically 90% authentic at least and could actually be worn into battle so I want to keep it that way. When its all on its rather heavy and somewhat restrictive not to mention hot. It was a whole new experience wearing it that is for sure.
