I know I haven't been here long, but I come back and find the oddest error. I was browsing the site and founf myself looking at the members list. Being the curious person I am, I wanted to know who has the most posts. Upon clicking the underlined 'Post' button, I find this odd error.

It seems a member by the name of SweetAction has 7,892,678 posts and only joind near the end of March of this year. I was wondering how you could post so much without spamming so I check his/her profile. As it terns out s/he has only 4 posts.

I was wonder how this type of error came to be and thought it should be brought to the attention of someone with mod/admin powers.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

synkr0nized, if you are hinting at something, please not that I said that I haven't been here for a very long time and I wasn't here very long to begin with. I was unsure about what it was so I posted it.

It's the SuperAdmin Krylo's Test account as a forumer. The others are Shiney_is_an_ass, I think NOT FIFTHFIEND is another one.

Oh, so that's just a test account from one of the administrators? Wow, this reminds me of an incident we had in our forum back then when one of the administrators invited a friend and he gave him an infinite amount of posts and reputation. His name was Deimos, and he screwed up everything in the forum that day.

But that day was fun. I don't think I will be forgetting the guy soon...

You can do that in IPB by giving someone ? for posts rather than a number (If you put it on TEXT or VARCHAR in the MySQL.) If you do so, the user's posts won't increase, but the question mark will also not go away.

However, this isn't good if you need a certain amount of posts to get into a certain place. I wonder if I could get a question mark for my postcount? Heh heh heh.

Anyway, nice test 'counts you guys.

I'm sorry. I thought the fake number of posts and practically unattainable reputation score with the "wink wink" comment would have been enough to lead you to thinking it was a fake/modded account.

But now you know, and knowing is half the battle sometimes fun.

Oh really? Well, I might as well tell the admins there that next time they invite a "friend" of theirs, they do not do that so another incident like that ever happens. And apparently, one of them got banned a week for breaking the rules, so it was proven that even they have their limits.

Also, you can hack your join date too. One of the admins hacked their join date to December 20... of 2012! Crazy.

Hmmm... I wonder if you can hack it to a year before Christ...
