If you've made a mistake choosing a name when you registered, you can request a name change by PM to an admin only. Ideally of course you'd choose a name when you register and stick with it, but then we know mistakes happen - you make a typo, you want a different style or after two years you just grow sick of the name altogether. If it's just little things like changing the spelling of your name or taking off a number from the end, anything that leaves your name relatively unchanged, don't worry, we'll do that no questions asked. If you want a completely different name though, think about it before you send the request - generally we'll just make one such change for you in a very long time (think years). If you do get a new name and decide it wasn't such a bright idea after all we'll readily change it back though.

All within reason.

People's names are being changed whimsically and/or with great prejudice. I'm not going through the hassle of detailing them. If your name is changed, congration, now you have a new name which is different from your old one
