I just went to a cosplay with a skit about ocarina of time. Link was playing his ocarina and navi started saying stuff. It was really annoying so Link grabbed Navi, threw her on the ground, took out his sword and WhaK. Then the entire crowd jumped up cheering like there was no tomorrow. Have any of you ever wanted to do that to a video game charachter.

Navi should have been replaced by tingle. At least Navi was a little helpfull (and link's only traveling companion).

Honestly, I thought Navi was the best fairy in Legend of Zelda series, as a character. What was her name, the one from majora's mask, THAT one was annoying, and her brother too, I hated them both.

I always wondered why those invincible chickens weren't given a sword and sent out to do the damn mission themselves. Or why Link couldn't use them as his sheild instead of anything else! Who needs a shield that can reflect lasers when you can use one that absorbs every hit and calls in a flock of its brethren to attack the attackers?!

I always wanted to somehow break into Hyrule castle and just walk around inside. I also would've liked to get into the Gerudo's fortress as kid link.

I always wanted to ride Epona anywhere that would seem possible, like, Kakariko village, all the way up the mountain... etc etc. So epona could go anywhere as long as it didn't have to climb anything TOO steep. Or use ANY weapon while on Epona, like the master sword... that would habe been cool.

Point one: Who you want to kill in general video games is a different topic which actually exists on this forum.

Point two: In #3 and #2 tails has absolutlely ZERO collision detection with Sonic. He can't push you at all. So you were running into all those spikes all on your own.

Point three: Navi wasn't that bad. Although it did make the game way too easy with her telling you all the boss weaknesses, it was nice to know all their names.

You know who is really anoying, Gannondorf with Link was a kid. Killing him ther would have saved a lot of trouble, but then there would be no Zelda series :P

Tingle's ok in Wind Waker. I actually kind of wish he charged more for translating those maps. Or maybe get you to find some sort of map translator thing. I just didn't feel I had accomplished much when I got him to translate the map. I's fork over the cash, and I get a map. I should have had to fork over a kings ransom and special item and have to wait three days for the translation to be complete. That's just me though.

Well I actually personally have no quarrel with navi and in the skit they did not name the fairy. I guess the crowd just wanted the death of annoying fairys in general. I actually thought out of all the charachters in games that help you navi was the most...actually helpfull. After a long while of her saying the same thing it does get kind of annoying though. However I really hope it was the one from majoras mask myself.

Personally, I'd want to be able to play Zelda. Telekinesis + Triforce of Wisdom + Shiekh transformation = bye bye Ganon. If only she weren't the Obligatory Heroine In Need of Rescuing...Is there some sort of Oath of Helplessness they all have to take?!
