Right now, I'm watching (over and over again) that scene from Conan the Destroyer where he runs around shattering all the mirrors. It's so awful and cheesy(he even does the crazy samurai charge at one point!), and yet there is something so inexplicably awesome about it that I cannot look away.
What scenes have you binged on?

Metal detector THIS, innocent guard!

DBZ, the incredible fighting candy
Um....
VIDEO GAMES
Heavenly Sword The part where Nariko is fighting off Roach's pets in the coliseum and Kai swings on the rafters screaming "NARIKO! THE SWORD!" and tosses Nariko the sword. It's goddamn epic.
Metal Gear Solid 2 Where Ocelot reveals himself on Arsenal Gear, after Solidus is about to kill Raiden. Then Fortune delivers Snake to Solidus, Liquid takes control of Ocelot and Fortune saves everyone's ass. That cinematic.
Psychonauts All of the cinematics. Over and over again.
XIII The ending - what where you finally solve the mystery of who you are (having had plastic surgery to resemble your best friend to infiltrate the XX) and dispose of nearly all of the conspirators, helped protect the new president survive to make it into office, and killed the Mongoose (the hitman who's chasing you through the entire game) only to find out, hey - the Mongoose is still alive, The president is number I, and is slapping around your best friend's wife (XIV) while she sobs and begs for her child back.
AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE A SEQUEL! RAR!
More to come once I look at my games/movie collection.

Princess Mononoke - The entire last like, half hour with the Forest Spirit dying/looking for its head is all amazing, and Hisaishi's soundtrack is pretty epic.
A Clockwork Orange - "As we walked along the flatblock marina, I was calm on the outside but thinking all the time..."
Avatar - The fuckwin Zuko and Azula Agni Kai.
Metal Gear Solid 4 - The ending homoerotic fight cutscene of awesome and "LIQUIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID!"
End of Evangelion - Komm Susser Tod
Graphic novels have pictures, so I can pretend those count. Because the ending of Dr. Manhattan's POV chapter on Mars blows me away every time. When he's making the clock palace and having his "who makes the world" monologue is simply amazing.
EDIT- Oh god, I wrote "cock palace"

And a few scenes from the FMA commentary.

Desperado bar fight.
Pretty much any Star Wars lightsaber battle.
As far as games go, and as far as MGS goes, my Metal Gear Solid of choice for cutscenes has always been Metal Gear Solid 3. Pretty much the entire last hour of the game.

Agreed with that.
The entire final battle scene with Vergil in DMC3. After going all around the Teme-Ni-Gru with this hard rock and garage techno slamming tunes, to suddenly have an entire orchestra with vocalists do Devils Never Cry was just...wow.
Batman Begins; everything leading up to and ending after, "I'm Batman."
Transformers, everything that has Barricade in it.
Guilty Gear X2, Ky's second ending, right before fighting Sol Badguy. Wow.
"Best. Race. Ever." from Toradora.
Ending of Smile III from Killer 7.
The whole Honey Trap part of Goku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.

things like this (http://video.google.ca/videoplay?docid=-842990587082809739&hl=en-CA)
but, really, there are a ton of things I love to watch over and over, and I have yet to collect all of them as clips. I should really just start ripping and editing scenes off DVDs.

The scene in One Piece when Luffy finally kicks Crocodiles ass.
The "final boss ass kickings" that come after it just don't compare.
"You forget what it means to be human, Pius! The human race will never go quietly into the darkness! For as long as you have spent summoning your lord, people have struggled against you! Now, thanks to their efforts, I have three of the ancients' essences. Now, Pius, this is the end!"
Oh, man. Good times. I felt like it was a sufficient throwdown line, and the over-acting on Alex's part was just gold.
Also, Paul's death scene from the same game.

A godless thief with designs upon the church vaults... (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4kWbHePQbU) (FFTactics: WotL Spoilers)
That one particular scene makes me smile every time.
Also the opening cinematic of Ocarina of Time, the one where Deku Tree tell's Navi to find Link and it shows the entire Kokari Forest

This one scene from "The New Guy" where the main character accidentally flings a flaming meatball or something into his father's eye, as the father makes a really goofy noise and falls to the ground, and if you pause it or slow it down while the fireball makes it's trajectory, it's priceless.
I mean, i couldn't stop laughing, there was fire, and so I had to rewind it and watch it again and again and again and again and again.
Until my DVD player crapped out. Then I had to buy a new one.
And I watched it again and again and again and again!

I still think the greatest fight in Avatar is between Zuko and Aang inside the perfume nunnery. More specifically, when they're shooting at each other while balancing on the well. I'd take that fight over all of the more outrageous "look how big my bending dick is" fights that follow, but it still ranks slightly below a similar close-quarters fight that occurs towards the beginning of my tasteful KaTylee fanfic.
I'm really glad DVDs don't wear down as fast, because I have watched-rewound-rewatched the blackface and novel burning jokes on my friend's Stella DVD way too many times. It's stretching credibility that I find them so hilarious still.
The exploding explosions part of TTGL, after that woman dares them to open fire on their own ship. Or where they run to the top of the mountain to jack the flight unit.
The final scene of Lucky Number Slevin, where Selvin has the Boss and the Rabbi tied to chairs, and reveals his entire scheme to them, from killing the Boss' son, to getting roped into paying off a debt that wasn't his - all for revenge.
Also, in The Rock, where Nicholas Cage has finally taken the guidance chip from the last VX gas rocket, though the F-16's still bomb Alcatraz - then Cage lights his flares just before the bomb hits, and they're all like "OHSHI - sorry." Then Nicholas Cage tells everyone that Sean Connery is dead and he gets married, and steals microfilm from a church.

The lobby scene (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wpc1SpDgUIA) in the Matrix.
Museum scene (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0KK0msnLhw) in The Thomas Crown Affair
Pretty much all of V for Vendetta
And if I can't really pick a scene from Lord of the Rings that I like the best, so the entire trilogy is pretty much a weekly occurance.
Daimo Mac, The Blue Light of Hope

I should mention the first time in TTGL where the Giga Drill Breaker is used.
That or when the Gurren Lagaan is taking on the last two of the Helix King's Generals with the Cavalry flying to save them.
Yeah Episode 14 kicked ass.

My personal favorite has got to be the Introduction of L to Kira in Deathnote: "Try to kill me!"
Also pretty much the entirety of Mr. Brooks but particularly the last scene with Mr. "Smith" in it.
And also pretty much all of Thank you for Smoking, but particularly the intro in that.

Meh. It's still a great scene.
And after having re-watched Advent Children, I came to the realization that I only watch it for the fight scene between Tifa and that other guy. Nothing else in the movie comes anywhere close to it.
Casshern Sins Episode 9 Spoilers I can't stop watching the scene at the end, where this huge, hulk-like, tank of a robot is sitting by Nico's grave, an arm and a leg missing, and he just starts crying. It is just so far from what you would expect, even though it doesn't seem far-fetched of him at this point, that it makes it seem even sadder.

That was actually a scene I liked quite a lot, actually, was the chapel fight. It was just annoying that I had to watch the rest of the movie to get there.

Anyway, toph's fight with all the earthbender's was awesome
the final battle in "One night in mexico"( I think it was that one which one had the bazooka guitar case?)
Ed's fight with number 66 in FMA, plus any fight with scar.
The Monastary scene in Tum yung goong
The beginning fight of Dragon Tiger Heroes.
the final battle of volcanoe high.
the first fight of Afro samurai
any Jin v Mugen fight in Samurai Champloo
Mugen's ninja fight
Majin Vegeta and goku's fight
SSj3 Goku's fight with buu(fat)
Trunks ass raping of freeza
Blue spirit's escape on avatar.
