Seil's List

Legendary
Mirror's Edge
The Orange Box (Portal, Epis. 2)
Team Fortress 2
Leisure Suit Larry 4

So I beat Legendary - the ending is pretty nifty, but Lexington's dialogue seems really rushed. Mirror's Edge is pretty awesome in all respects - I just miss where I'm supposed to go because I'm rushing lots. I finally broke down and bought the Orange Box for PS3, 'cause I had it for PC and my family computer stinks. Portal is awesome - GlaDOS is wonderful. Half Life: Episode 2 is cool, too - the ending Strider part had me spouting some expletives, though. The great thing about Team Fortress 2? Being a Medic, healing someone all the way to the enemies intelligence, then switch to a Demo Man and just mine the hell outta the return route, so that once the enemies rush up, they're toasty. While I was in Victoria, I picked up the Liesure Suit Larry Collection - 1 through 5 - and it's been pretty fun.

Been playing Persona 3(in preparation for Persona 4's iminent release) and Dead Rising here. Man I love killing zombies with bowling balls and parasols.

Tales of Vesperia. Just had to go through with a guide and see everything I missed the first playthrough. I did unlock Too Much Free Time as a result of that, though.

Now that I've unlocked the Fell Arms I'm going through again on the max difficulty.

Rock Band 2.
It is awesome.

Also, EndWar.
That game is pretty interesting too, and I can't wait to go online and compete there.

Mother 3. The Left 4 Dead demo since no rental place here has the game. So sad.

I've become addicted to Elder Scrolls 4. I know it's an older game, but it's a hell of a lot of fun and it grabbed my attention from the start.

I have also just procured Chrono Trigger for my DS. Yes, I own the original on the SNES, but now I can take my favorite game of all time on the train with me to school. My free time will never be the same again.

Final Fantasy 9.
Warcraft 3: TFT.

Oh, gee, what game could possibly take so much time that most of the games I have are completely unplayed, and have been only bought? :gonk:

Why do you hate my life, Final Fantasy XI?

L4D, which baffles me because I usually hate FPS games.

I guess zombies are just that awesome.

Azisien's List of Lost Time

Castle Crashers!
Pacman Championship Edition
Fallout 3

Love how the games for a few bucks win out more time than the games for $70!

I recently started playing neverwinter nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer, in preparation for the Storm of Zehir expansion.

Also, Guild Wars.

Holy crap that game is good.

"Hey, what are these guys in the Castlevania Judgment thread going on about? I never really played Castlevania, so I don't really know..."

A while later...

Yeah, so Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia is holding me back from doing my Physics Lab. 10% of my final mark or fighting undead.... it's a tough choice.

Vault Of Thrones
11-28-2008, 04:42 PM
Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World...

now I need to go play the first one again

Bioshock, which I just finished like 5 minutes ago. Awesome game. Unfortunately I missed quite a few trophies and the only way to get them now is to replay the entire thing, which I can't be arsed doing, at least not for a couple of months.

I'm debating whether or not to go back to Fallout yet, seeing as I still resent it for deciding to auto-delete my save file and I still have LittleBigPlanet to work through, so I supposed I should spend some more time on that first.

Oh and the occasional game or 2 of Warhawk if I'm in the mood for just flying around killing people online.

Bioshock's final boss fight was stupid as balls, but yeah, it was good.

Fallout 3 reminded me of Vampire: Bloodlines to a ridiculous degree, especially the ending, unfortunately. Whole game was awesome though.

Bioshock's final boss fight was stupid as balls, but yeah, it was good.

I actually quite liked the final fight. I mean, the guy's managed to aquire access to all of the ADAM in Rapture, so naturally he's gona beef himself up with as much as possible, especially seeing as you're closing in on the bastards arse. I mean aside from yourself and the Houdinis you never really see the true power of ADAM (because most Splicers use conventional weapons) and what benefits the Splicers really gained from it, so seeing this uber-powered monster Splicer at the end was good.

Also you could finally unload all of your ammo and plasmids and just go nuts at last.

Mirai Gen

Yeah but the game would have been ten thousand times better if it was impossible to kill him by conventional means alone, forcing you to run him through a gauntlet of hacked turrets and medpacks, oil pits, electrocutable water, and the like. They put the entire game together with the specific intent of all the options you had in combat, but there's nothing for the final fight? The story was also weird as hell. I pretty much covered it all here (http://devilmayrant.wordpress.com/2008/10/15/what-a-bioshock/), so check it out so we can avoid clogging the thread with a debate.

Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions.

Ive beat my PS1 version multiple times, but wow, so far squeenix did something right. Take one of my favorite games, and fix the half-assed localization, and add beautiful cutscenes. Now I just need someone else with that game so I can get gear for my onion knights. :(

Batallion Wars 2 and until a couple days ago, Megaman 9. I might start playing one of the Phoenix Wright games too.

Oh, and Harvest Moon DS. Though I kinda put that down for now for Magical Starsign. I need to beat more of my DS games. :P

Fire Emblem. Yeah, I've beaten it like 20 times, but I JUST CAN'T GET THAT A RANK!!!! It's the tactics/exp/survival tradeoff that keeps killing me.

Not really a game, but Vocaloid is killing my time like a bitch. I sit there for hours...

Oh man, Wario Land: Shake It! is so good. You bozos complaining about not having anything to play on Wii since Brawl are missing out.

ZAKtheGeek

I've been playing Brawl and Mega Man 9. That's a lot of games for me to be playing at once. And I could probably keep playing them for months on end, even if I stop playing Mega Man once I finish all the challenges (Tongue Acrobat: Lick your own elbow. Motherfuckers.).

Left 4 Dead and Team Fortress 2.

I just got Xbox Live, so I've gotten absolutely hooked on L4D, alternating it with TF2.

Also, I have rediscovered the joy of Achievements (seriously, Microsoft struck gold with that), and am vigorously working towards several of them in both games. (Akimbo Assassin: Waaaaaaaay harder than you would think.)

I reinstalled Medieval II: Total War after beating Fallout 3 twice.

Playing the Teutonic campaign so that I can lead Pagan Lithuania to victory over all the bigoted Christian factions that hate on them for holding onto the Old Ways. On a side note, the Teutonic Knights reeeally remind me of the followers of Chaos in Warhammer. Must be the horned helmets and all the black.

Yeah, so there's this Lich King and I've sorta invoked his wrath.

Same.

I'm also trying to simultaneously play through about 20 PS2 game at once... Persona 3, Nocturne, Digital Devil Saga, Eternal Poison... too many to list and too many to play.

Goddamn it, thats it. I quit life until I get caught up on my games.

Left 4 Dead and Chrono Trigger.

I think I may have a mild addiction to Versus mode in Left 4 Dead. There is a kind of sheer, perverse joy in tearing out someone's insides as a Hunter, or in soaking survivors in zombie-summoning goo as a Boomer.

Chrono Trigger DS because...heck...it's Chrono Trigger.

Right now I'm on a Medieval II: Total War binge. Vive la France, bitches.
For some reason I'm really phenomenal with Rome: Total War and Rome: Total Realism, but I honestly struggle with even some of the "easier" factions on Medieval II. They really nerfed cavalry a fair deal.

THIS IS VERY VERY GOOD I'D MAKE AN OFFICIAL THREAD RIGHT NOW BUT I'M DRIVING A TANK AND I JUST BLEW UP ALL THOSE PUNY INFANTRYMEN AROUND ME

Seriously, it's like anime meets Fire Emblem meets Norse mythology meets World War II meets oh so beautiful art meets free roaming skirmishes in a SRPG.

Well... there's this thing called the Battle of Hoth... and me and my Star Wars Galaxies homies have been crushing the Rebellion for a few weeks now.
