What are you people doing for the holidays?

It's so fine! It's ours this time and won't the children be surprised! It's ours this time!

Spending time with family, some I want to see, some I'd much rather avoid, but I don't have much of a choice, so yeah.

Apparently buying a bunch of stuff for everyone and staring at it hoping it will wrap itself.

I suck at wrapping gifts. :|

Buying stuff for people while trying to pay off my credit cards for good (Almost there). Was going to send the admin here some gifts too, then realized I didn't know their mailing addresses, and Whomps the nice guy beat me to it :P (Still might send a gift anyway, just later, like jan/feb

Buying beer with dimes because I have no income and neither does Mike until the semester starts again.

Maybe I should get a job.

I saw this thread from the Index and I knew Seil made it and I knew it was a Nightmare reference.

Brother's coming down from San Diego and hanging out with me probably long enough to drive me completely batshit crazy.

God, I <3 NIghtmare.

I'll be spending the week in church, pretty much. We've got a lot of stuff going on, and I haven't been around much in the last month because of my travels. (I regret nothing!)

I'm playing Tatsunoko VS Capcom like there's no tomorrow.

Here's a tip: Saki sucks. Like, seriously. So far I haven't found any overwhelming characters, though I think the giants are probably at a big disadvantage. Their attacks are very difficult to connect.

Working at a pizza place thanking the dark lords that I don't work at Wal-Mart this time of year.

It's almost here and we can't wait! So ring the bells and celebrate! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aKAxikZmY-0)

Bringing my girlfriend to meet the parts of my family she didn't meet at Thanksgiving. Also, not buying presents for anyone other than said girlfriend because I am a broke college student.

Sleeping in late on Christmas, and then... :shifty: Because I don't think my dad checks NPF: getting the family an iMac, followed by a jaunt over to Indianapolis. Then back to work on Monday (not only do I work in retail, but Jewish retail. I had to fight just to get the 26th off!).

Also watching the best Christmas movie of all time: Die Hard.

Oh you know, the usual. Spend Christmas with family, have a big extravagent dinner, snowball fight, and buying a normally expensive item on boxing day for cheap.

Extreme lethargy! I kid, I've been like that all year. :P I figure it won't be much different from my usual activites (except add a tree in the house with lights and lots of decorations and delicious baked things). I'll still be on the Wii Fit and I'll still be telling myself I'll do one of a hundred projects I want to do but will end up not doing, and I'll also be sending out my annual Christmas letter to my friends.

We'll be having a party at the store on Sunday, then we will be spending Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with various factions of Steve's family.

Even though it is Samantha's first Christmas, we haven't even had time to get a tree. I have no blooming idea if Steve is even buying his family presents.

Anyway, I am expecting major spoilage for Samantha. I did, however, get her a buttload of awesome Curious George books.

I'm making presents for my friends, and getting together for an awesome yearly christmas party. Probably playing lots of Rock band and such. It will be good times.

And of course having Christmas with the family.

Fighting the urge to put my head through a brick wall because I work at Wal Mart. (I not only work at Wal Mart but I'm a CSM d'oh).

Unfortunately I have to break my standard Christmas tradition of not getting dressed because I have to go pick up my children. The trade off being, I get to have all 4 of my kids together this year.

And now time for an important holiday message:

And you ask me what I want this year
And I try to make this kind and clear
Just a chance that maybe we'll find better days
Cuz I don't need boxes wrapped in strings
And desire and love and empty things
Just a chance that maybe we'll find better days

So take these words
And sing out loud
Cuz everyone is forgiven now
Cuz tonight's the night the world begins again

And it's someplace simple where we could live
And something only you can give
And thats faith and trust and peace while we're alive
And the one poor child that saved this world
And there's 10 million more who probably could
If we all just stopped and said a prayer for them

So take these words
And sing out loud
Cuz everyone is forgiven now
Cuz tonight's the night the world begins again

I wish everyone was loved tonight
And somehow stop this fight
Just a chance that maybe we'll find better days

So take these words
And sing out loud
Cuz everyone is forgiven now
Cuz tonight's the night the world begins again
Cuz tonight's the night the world begins again

Not doing projects I should be, hopefully getting presents for people before the day comes about, and then on the day afterwards I'm going to my Dad's for a week.

Trying to convince my mom to not spend oodles of money because of budget issues.

She gives me a 100$ bill instead. -_-;

Current plans are with the family, and also still looking for gifts for my sisters and grandpa.

I don't suppose I could try to convince your mom to not spend oodles of money too?

I suspect the result might be somewhat different, but you never know.

I'll more then likely be finishing up my R/R trip to Qatar.

And in the meantime... some awesome Christmas music. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7iY4Tom6-wM)

Going back to my parents for the next week now that school's done. Going to have multiple family dinners and relax, mostly...if I can I'll probably go cross-country skiing to keep myself fit during the holidays (with all that food we ingest, I'm sur we can take 5-10 pounds easily during this time of year). Practice a bit also.
