I'm having trouble finding it [read: I don't feel like going through the whole archive, since I can't recall the actual comic it was in], but there's one where he says something along the lines "if my mom could see what I was doing now." They regularly are as amusing as the comic.

Remember how in Death Volley's secret epilogue (http://drmcninja.com/page.php?pageNum=72&issue=14) King Radical says he taught the Inoctek's their language? And thus implying that King Radical was either very old or had access to time travel?

I don't know what kind of connection this could mean, but I think it's highly relevant.

Also, the bike does indeed appear to make Dr. McNinja feel more... radical. My biggest question right now is if the bike is unique or not.

Yea what he is doing for the city is helping it, but he is doing it illegally and purely because he doesn't like how his home currently is. For how it got there in the first place, I assume there was an earlier version without any time travel.
