I cant update Little Big Planet

so I cant go online, which as you know is a pretty big blow to the game. I can download other things from my PS3 just fine, connection works, internet is up and running. Whenever I try I at best download 2% and then get a 80710723 error message, which would help alot more if they actually told me what that means

Saw this on the Sony forum, give it a try

I just called sony tech support and told them about getting error message 80710723 and how every once in a while i'll get dropped off the network after i've started a r:fom game. The tech guy told me that after one of the previous updates, some ports needed to be open and said that might be what's giving me the problems. He said to open the following: TCP port: 80, 443, 5223 and UDP port: 3478, 3479, 3658.
