Ok, this has been driving me crazy for seven movies now, and I know youre
going to roll your eyes, but hear me out: Harry Potter should have carried
a 1911.

have ended if all of the good guys had simply armed up with good ol

Spoilers on how to solve the flash:

You need to get the orange beam to reflect off the Heart mirror (it bounces off the Life mirror first). Then you go down to where the skull door is and the light is shining on the orb-on-a-stick doodad. Click some things and you're good to go.

It took me forever to notice it. You have to reflect the orange light down into the pit Jane's house fell into, then go down to the crypt with the three skull lock and pull the switch that wouldn't work before (it's now powered by the light), inflating one of the seed pods so that it lifts up out of the crypt, at which point the last skull will pop out of the hole the pod was in. It is, however, super duper tiny so you have to look closely to see it.

And this explains just why he was so fucking powerful. Why his attack did more damage than perhaps even Vriska's killing blow. Because he, too, was god-tiered. And nobody knew it.

Also worth noting: Gamzee has been hanging on to the bodies of all the trolls whose roles match that of the alpha kids, and the kernelsprite can still be prototyped after entering the medium. We may end up with Feferisprite for Jane, Nepetasprite or Eridansprite for Dirk, Nepetasprite or Equiusprite for Roxy, and Eridansprite or Tavrosprite for Jake.

Flip the sprites for Dirk and Roxy, and I'll find that quite the interesting prospect.

Role-matching or not, I cannot ignore how fitting it would be to give the cat-troll to Roxy, and the horse-troll to Dirk.

The worst part is combining the constant pauses native to Tavros with Vriska's repeated letters. It sounds like it has a legitimate speech impediment and is struggling to say anything. See, Vriska repeated vowels, so she sounded "extaaaaaaaatic" most of the time. But this thing is repeating consonants, so it sounds more like it's "slurrrrrrrring" its words and having extreme trouble forcing the words out.

It's just fucking creepy.

Hmmm... I'm kinda curious about Tavrisprite particular traits... Despite the fusion, its aura is dominatively blue (Vriska) instead of some sort of blend or clash of blue/brown. Maybe it'll shift colors when it uses different functions? >_> Maybe we'll see a blend of the two colors when mind control is used, given both their related capabilities in using it.

Also, I guess it's convenient that the sprite has no bottom halves in a genie fashion since otherwise, it might very well end up having some weird mix, given the 6 legs that was thrown in the mix. (Vriska's, Tavros's disembodied flesh legs and his attached robotic ones). Then again, given how a key factor of Tavros' character was the uselessness of his lower half, that might be unusually fitting for him.

But hey. Tavrisprite can fly now tool-unassisted! That should make the Tavros side pretty damn happy.

I guess this isn't surprising. Gamzee is most likely still in possession of Lil Cal, meaning that he's still acting under Lord English's influence. Destroying the kernelsprites and robbing the kids of any additional insight into the game that they could have possibly gained would be a sound strategy in maintaining the intended hopelessness of their endeavor.

It also means that Gamzee is still a very clear and present danger.

There's definite evidence toward Lil' Cal having sentience, and besides the whispers and all of that UU or uu or whatever fucking 13.5th troll it was became really concerned at the sight of Lil' Cal in the scratchverse, before dismissing that one as not having whatever sinister qualities he was looking for. I think that was just a completely incompatible combination falling apart rather than actual suicide. It's not like Dave+Crow or Jade+GoodDogBestFriend where one personality can completely override the other with some minimal influence from the other half. It was two distinct entities that couldn't stay merged together like that.

Presumably the same will happen for the other corpses that Gamzee will inevitably throw together in a kernel for the other kids, except perhaps Sollux+Sollux. That might shed some light on whatever his plans are.
