PLAY IT
(http://listen.grooveshark.com/#/playlist/NPF+JANUARY+DJ/24239363)
Some temp rules I'm going to throw up! (Totally changeable!):
1) One song per poster! (If you posted a couple and I didn't get the one you wanted just PM me!)
2) Playlist is sorted alphabetically by user! (Until a better way is thought up!)

Sorry Eldezar, I couldn't find your song x.x

If I've missed anyone just PM me!
If you guys want to submit a new song to add in, or work with me to get the exact song up there just send me a PM, thanks!

Whoever put Dyno by Justice up, thanking you kindly. I had forgotten the name of the song and all I could remember was the music video for it.

Edit: That song Throwing Fire is pretty rad.

Eugh, it's never a good sign when you click a link and it immediately tells you to update your virus scanner and then follows up by running a virus scan of its own. I don't think I'll be clicking that link again I'm afraid.

And I thought Norton was bad! I'm sorry for your loss, friend.

Edit-
My Baccano! download finished and it is indeed 44100hz sample rate! As soon as grooveshark is done processing it (various safeguards and integration routine, up to 24h) I'll stick it in the playlist! Edit- Completed and added to playlist!

The single song each, and playlist order rules need to be refined, streamlined, defined and assigned, so if anyone has thoughts on it here is the place to launch them!

First of all, the one song per user needs to be fixed, and be replaced with a more fair and accurate rule, like # of minutes of music each user can submit to the monthly playlist, but I don't know where to draw the line there since some songs are actually up to 20minutes and if everyone gets 20 minutes of songs I can see this easily piling up to a 7-8 hour playlist very very fast; so this needs to be fixed.
The quickest solution I can think of is 8-9 minutes of song per list and when you post a song and you really like a song that's been posted, just quote it and put a +, like this:
--
YOUTUBELINK just quote it and put a +, like this:
+

This week: MUSIC LINK!!!
--
And if you get 3 +'s then you get a bonus 8minutes of song. (The system kinda self manages that way, more popular music gets played more huh?)

Second, I need to make a system to decide playlist order and what songs are chosen from whom, the latter being an easy but crude fix, just ask everyone what songs they want on the list... or we could make a mock list in the last week of every month and have everyone discuss it (if that would turn out well?)?
