Ehhhh, I tend to get dissuaded from posting because it seems that just about any and every topic now ends up being some banal argument consisting who can twist who's words more for the sake of some reason. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good debate. Buuuuuut when it just devolves into a logic dick waving competition it makes me wonder why I keep coming back here :| (other than the amusing pictures/links and the occasional posting in arts sub-thread)

But don't mind me! I'm just cranky because I have to wake up for work in four hours and haven't been able to get so much as a wink in.

I figure a lurker is someone who don't posts often. Some people regularly post every day. some people post once a week. a lurker is the latter half, and of course that time frame can extend further.
Basically, if one's post count per day is pretty low, they're a lurker. I don't actually know what could be considered "low" though. Also,

According to my statistics I make 1.19 posts per day.

That would mean I make at least one post every day, statistically that is. Because in truth I sometimes don't post one week and then post a decent amount all in one day.
Is that lurking, or just not posting for various reasons for an unspecified amount of time.

Lurkers lurk because they have nothing good to say, it's how they were raised, and it's how their children will be raised. They can't do anything about it, it's a vicious cycle, but it has to be that way for the world to continue.

The caste system totally works.

Spooging is also the act of cramming software with more features than the design/timescale of production realistically allows. Urbandictionary chips in: "When something is oozing or overflowing out of somewhere". Though that definition has probably fallen out of use thanks to the unassailable dominion of porn. . .

Information from the beta indicates that the lurker was present in the sequel but has been removed due to under-use. Perhaps it was too costly or ineffective given the new units and balancing. It's possible that lurkers will still support the zerg forces, though -- all it takes is a little tweaking by the devs or a patch later on down the line.

Collapsing Namek backdrop. Cutouts of a grunting Humphrey Bogart and Major Strasser menacing each other in the sky, interposed onto a golden and white aura respectively, in the process of launching energy-has at each other. Optional: Major Strasser missing lower body, one arm. Put in a plane too, it must be waiting.
