View Full Version : Astro's Epilogue... (which will pale in comparison to Brian's of course)

I had made this a few days before Brian announced that he was indeed going to make an EPIClogue. Because Brian is doing his official version, I thought it would be fun to post what I came up with here, so you can see when his comes out how it makes mine looks like like it was written by a two year old. Anyway, I just thought it would be a fun exercise in Photoshop, as I have no experience.*shrug* Oh, and that is the Royal Guard and the Messenger in the background there, not a soldier and an elf.
Special thanks to Meister and rpgdemon for giving me pro tips on the speech balloons.

I think I liked your version better than the one I came up with in the other thread.
Kudos to you, dude. Totally gonna rep you for that.

This was great. If Brian had made this I could have left 8-Bit happy.

Excellent job sir, although I really wish black mage destroyed reality.
In any event it will do as an appetizer until Brian debuts his finale, in which black mage probably won't ruin all creation either :(

If Black Mage ruined reality, it wouldn't be punishment for him, it would be vindication. And of course, the universe exists to crap on him because... well he IS 100% evil after all.

I guess I need to compromise my ending into more of a quadra-sphere leadership model introduced by red mage, where black mage can only destroy 1/4 of reality.
The only bad thing about this is, that there's no White Mage in it. XP

For this finale, it is assumed that White Mage returns to her order and lives happily ever after, being the only real hero.
If Brian's ending is unsatisfactory, which it could only be if he purposely made it so, this will be my fanon epilogue. Of course, Brian purposely ending his series unsatisfactorily is only like 50% likely.
...Man, "unsatisfactorily" is actually a word? Huh. I'm smarter than I thought.

The "epiclogue" will just be a black page with "The End" in small white letters.
Calling it now.

And then maybe a couple weeks later, just when things are starting to calm down a bit, Brian will bring us the BIG NEWS that okay, that wasn't really the last page, and he has now replaced that fake epilogue with the real one.
It will be a black page with "The End" in small white letters.
Until a short delay passes, and an ellipsis and question mark appear to the right.

Well, as I thought.
Brian's ending was far superior.
Anyway, it was really fun to make. ^_^
