EDIT: Actually it might be cheating to make me a lawyer: I'd just quote the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure with such a neurotic obsession that I'd ruin the game through exploiting technicalities. (Rule 11, bitches!)

So maybe I'll just settle for a witness role?

EDIT 2: Specifically, I could be the witness personality who knows more about the law then the lawyers do, thus giving NPF-Phoenix Wright and NPF-Miles Edgeworth collective headaches by mocking the complete unlawful farce of their legal approaches, while quoting the FCRP from memory.

That'd be a fun Ace Attorney character. Capcom should get on that.

EDIT 3: Okay, scratch all that. If Mac's going to be a defense lawyer, I'm sure as hell going to be the Prosecution. (Sorry Mac!)

He still isn't a defense lawyer then. Doesn't have the badge or any training or anything. He basically just gets permission because Phoenix is out cold and someone has to replace him in court, and Phoenix appoints Edgey as a temporary fix.

Although given I'm Franny, I should really just encourage Edgey to make a fool out of himself so Franziska can prove who the superior prosecutor is and make a her 'brother' look like the foolish fool he is.

I was gonna go with Shi-Long Lang, but he apparantly hates prosecutors and I never actually played Investigations, so... yeah. (I should get on that.) The serious dissonance in sprite resolution didn't help matters either.

I may or may not assign witnesses their sprites based on how I set this up.
