My email says that I registered for some Indonesian community thing. HELP!

Don't follow any links that might be in that e-mail. Following links in strange mails is a good way to catch malware, fall for phishing attempts, confirm your e-mail address to spammers, any of those three, and/or more.

Just to be on the safe side you might want to change your passwords as well. Primarily the e-mail account password but also any associated or, in fact, just all passwords you have (you're supposed to do that regularly anyway, and no time like the present).

With that out of the way, what exactly does the mail say? If it's a "confirm your registration" mail like you get from these forums someone might have simply entered yours when registering, but of course that brings up the questions why they know it and if they have access to it, which is where the password changing comes in.
