View Full Version : If You're Planning To Boycott One Movie This Summer, Make It The Beiber Documentary
Okay. (http://www.current-movie-reviews.com/industry/2010/08/15/justin-bieber-movie-back-on-track/)
So apparently there's gonna be a documentary on the life of this kid:
http://www.current-movie-reviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/justin-bieber.jpg
...What!?! What's it going to be about?
"So this is me, like, playing around with Garage Band and Autotune, and this is me putting it on YouTube... Then this is where I get the call from the record company..."
Then there's an actual recording of the call:
"Kid, I've been in the business a long time, and the day some greasy blonde sings about brushing her teeth with a bottle of whiskey is the day I check out of life. I've been watching YouTube clips all day instead of working and was told that if I don't get some work done, I'm fired. So when my boss looked over my shoulder onto my computer, I had your video up and suggested that we contact you, and he said sure."
Do we have to boycott it? Can't I just not watch it because it sounds boring and uninteresting? I don't want to make a big deal out of my indifference.

Yeah, boycotting something only makes me want to see it. I'd rather not have what's left of my soul crushed either way.

I like to imagine the title implying that some people have a block of time set aside at the beginning of each year to boycott one movie to be decided later.

There already making a Documentary? First everyone is going insane over his music and now their making a documentary? Why is it then anything that because successful gets out of control nowadays? I'm so confused by pop culture :/

I'm still trying to figure out what the hell he's doing in any kind of music/show business in the first place. Can't sing worth a damn, has an incredibly overinflated ego, a queermo haircut... I'm beginning to suspect there's a 10th level of hell waiting for the people churning out this bullshit. There should be a Dante's Inferno rewrite based mainly around this level of hell, and what should be happening to these idiot no-talent douchebags and the asshat producers who keep cramming them down our throats down there.
You wanna know the hilarious thing? I only know about Justin Bieber from people bitching about him. I wouldln't have known about this documentary if it weren't for this thread. In you're own way, you people are contributing to the problem of his popularity. Thanks for that.... :/

Your telling me not to see a movie I don't want to see?
Well then, you win. I won't see it.

There is already a 10th Level of Hell...pedophiles live there. They get cantaloupes shoved up their backsides by Hitler because the Devil got bored shoving pineapples up his (movie reference).
These guys call for an 11th Level of Hell and what happens here is that they are subjected to the worst singing imaginable...an out of tune Jigglypuff that can't sing you to sleep surrounded by a backup band of vuvuzelas.
Specifically...the people using them that are found here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7B2LPxggvqY) as they deserve each other.

Meh his songs are alright. I don't watch documentaries period anyway and besides it's a little too early to do a doc on Beiber. They could have at least waited 10 or so years before crapping this movie out.

That would have at least given them the chance to document the inevitable downward spiral of hookers, blow, and small animal abuse.

A teen who use to post youtube videos of his music before being discovered and becoming ridiculously popular.

The problem with this kid being from Canada and living in Canada is that the media here goes overboard with articles about him, it gets really annoying :/

So apparently, Bieber has a cameo on CSI where, after a shoot, he put his arms around two of the crew and said "I'm living the dream... the Bieber dream."

*Screams bloody murder*
It isn't bad enough they have Laurence Fishbourne's Marty Stu on there replacing a better actor and character...
Now they intend to inflict Bieber on us there too?
