On thread creation: If you create a thread here, you must quote a news article and cite the source (preferrably set a link). If it's print only, quote relevant parts or summarize and tell us where the article was published. Also, please keep the rule about low-content threads in mind and don't just put a link and assume everyone reads it. Remember that not all content is available all over the world, and the topic of the discussion should be clear even if someone doesn't follow your link.
This is a really stupid, pointless rule.
Also, enforcing this rule by closing threads, instead of just saying hey, edit the OP, is a really stupid, hostile way of enforcing this rule.
