Hate to break it to you but if you want to make good-looking sprite comics you have a long, very long way ahead of you (and at the end, hardly anyone will look at it twice, because it's still a sprite comic).
Three Swordsmen cover: the backgrounds looks pretty bad, you picked the wrong resizing option. You always have to resize sprites and 8- or 16-bit backgrounds at a certain ratio, or you'll throw off the pixel sizes relative to each other. In easier terms: you can resize a sprite to 200%, 300%, 400% etc. but not to 125% or 150%. Also, green dragon against green background, not a good idea, I almost didn't see it.
Three Swordsmen page 1: Your characters are standing on their chairs. Obviously you tried to make this scene more natural than just a blank void, and credit for that, but they're still blatantly standing on their chairs. The lines for your speech bubbles are way too fat, and the text blends in with them, which looks awful. Generally you still need to make your comics and your panels bigger - you're cramming far too much stuff in one.
Video Game House: Apart from Shadow's sprite having the same resizing issues and again the speech bubbles I want to stop you there and say that this exact idea is the basis for many, many sprite comics, and I'm sorry to say that none of them are any good.
Well this certainly is more than any sane person should offer in the way of sprite comic criticism. A question, if you don't mind: how old are you?

Keep it in mind for next time, though.
Actually I'm going to be blunt for a second: if you keep making these and keep asking for advice, you will probably learn how to use graphics programs. You probably won't create a webcomic that many people will want to read regularly, at least not yet. That's okay, because it's very useful to know how to use graphics programs, and there are worse ways to learn than making comics.
Do you have access to anything more advanced than Paint? Maybe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, maybe at school?

I can suggest the GIMP, if you don't have anything else, as an alternative to Photoshop.

Sin-Ran. I am the worst person here. I am also the worst person to do sprite comics. I'm going to throw some advice and links your way.
This program -> http://www.getpaint.net/ is free. It is a good tool to use. Make a layer and name it "background". Then a layer named "Fighter" and a layer named "Fighter speech". Do this for each character. This way, if you make a mistake, you can delete the layer, and make a new try. Save the rough file as a .pdn on your computer so it does not delete the layers, then save it as a .png so that you can share it online as a flat image. Try it, it is not very hard to do.

more than programs and actual talent to make the art, there is a divide here.
if you want to use these art programs, that's one thing.. go learn that.
if you want to make a comic, workout some of the pre-production. You know... characters, story, make some spritesheets before making panels... that stuff.

I don't know what they're talking about. I'm entirely confident that these can be the best sprite comics anywhere on the net. Just make sure that the words don't bump into the boxes.
EDIT: Nikey's layer advice is useful as well.
