Bob stared over a collection of files. Dossiers of a handful of skilled individuals, all candidates to become new members of the Organization. They had already been sent their invitation to the orientation meeting, where they would be introduced to him, the Organization, their ideals, and given the contracts for their joining. They needed at least five, those few would be graduated to the initial training, gauging their individual skills and roles as a member of this particular cell. Team building exercises and familiarity seminars so that even without this stack of files each of them would intrinsically know each other. Then finally they would get their own copies of these files to look over, see beyond into what they each kept secret even after all the Organization had done to try to bring them together.
A strenuous process, but without unit cohesion and mutual understanding of who they were to the group they wouldn't be worth the paper their contracts were printed on.
For now Bob only had these dossiers, the future possibilities for the will of progress. The fingers to his palm. He opened the first one, and started to read.

Welcome to The Organization, an rp about international espionage! After a long situation of bad luck I can finally get this moving. First off we'll print off a collection of dossiers and we shall see if the Organization likes the cut of your jib or if you are doomed to the simplicity of your boring everyday lives!
Dossier Content:

Additional Notes:
Example(nobody will get this one!)
Name: Bob(codename applied as a handler in The Organization)
Age: ?(Appears late 30s)
Former/Current Occupation: Handler, Intelligence Analyst
Areas of Expertise/Skills:
Bob as an Intelligence Analyst has a keen attention to detail and personal familiarity with the intelligence network of the Organization and the capability of taking what he hears and reads and quickly understanding where to look in the network for the sake of aiding the mission. He is also fairly good at scheduling, using his connections to book under the radar locations and safe-houses for agents to operate in while they are on the mission.
Common Tools/Weapons:
Pen, computer, cellular phone.
Personality and Quirks: Bob has an unshakeable will and moral flexibility that he built on hard decisions he has had to make in his long career in the Organization. He possesses a curt, blunt manner of speaking, understanding that any time wasted could mean life and death. He admires professionalism, and will very willingly cut off communications if he imagines you are wasting his time. Later he may even make the time to lecture you on it, but not likely.
Biography and Personal Achievements:
A former analyst for the NSA, Bob was recruited early on in his career by The Organization due to his associated beliefs. They saw potential in his opinions, opinions that corresponded with their own. His loyalty lied in these thoughts, not his country. He had worked primarily as an analyst for the Organization a while, collecting and sorting intel. He began training as a handler several years ago, working with experienced cells and has finally graduated to a cell of his own. This cell.
Additional Notes: Bob speaks primarily through electronics, like cell phones and video. This is to keep him in close proximity of the intelligence network of The Org.

Name: Victor Edwards (John Watt)
Age: 35 (38)
Former/Current Occupation: Professor of International Politics & History (Intelligence Analyst, Field Agent)
Areas of Expertise/Skills: Victor stays current on most geopolitical trends, including political developments in any nation in the first world. He's fluent, although accented in speech, in Russian, Multiple dialects of Mandarin, and the Romance Languages. In his past life, Victor was a fair shot with a pistol and has tried to make it out to a gun range at least once a month since. He excels at data collection, provided he has access to an internet connected computer.
Common Tools/Weapons: Victor maintains a reasonably powerful personal computer network that automatically scans through world news and forwards information on his current political focuses to his phone. It also alerts him if there are any signs that his old life is catching up with him. It's likely not pervasive enough to give him any head start on The Organization however.
He carries a concealed but fully permitted Walther P99. The silencing kit that he has attached to it is decidedly less legal.
Personality and Quirks: Victor prefers to go about things quietly, in both his work and his personal life. He has managed to publish at least once every few years to maintain his tenure, but the articles in question, while insightful, are almost notably unremarkable. His students remain unaware of any of his activities outside the college and in fact some have begun to theorize that he simply lives in his office. He has a tendency to speak in short simple sentences.
Biography and Personal Achievements: Arguably, Victor's greatest achievement is that no one in the intelligence community has heard of Victor Edwards. He is currently not under investigation by any major intelligence agency and he has no files on him in any dank basement depository.
This is notable because Victor Edwards did not exist until ten years ago. He is a fabrication of one John Watt. John, formerly an analyst and occasional field agent for the CIA decided that he wanted to make a clean break from the agency and used every resource at his disposal and quite a few that shouldn't have been to make himself disappear. The next day, Victor Edwards moved into his new apartment in a small college town. Within three months he had a job. Within three years, tenure. He has been exceptionally careful since then to stay anonymous.

Alright, let me give this a go.
Name: Abigail "Abby" Strauss
Codename: Zero
Age: 46
Former/Current Occupation: Security Specialist - paid by various companies to train guards in security and test security systems by trying to get past them herself.
Areas of Expertise/Skills
- Stealth: Abby has had decades of practice getting around tight security, having tested some of the tightest security systems that corrupt businessmen are willing to pay out of pocket for. Guard patrols? Abby's seen it. Trip lasers? Abby's done it. Motion and heat detection? She's got the t-shirt.
- Takedowns: Not great in a straight-up melee confrontation, Abby is able to best deal with enemies at close range when they aren't aware of her presense, using well-placed strikes to render enemies unconscious.
- Psychology: Abby can learn what makes people tick, and can often gauge how someone will react to various stimuli. If she can't find a way past her enemy, perhaps she can discover a way of having them unknowingly create one for her.
Common Tools/Weapons
- Heckler and Koch MP5: A very popular submachine gun used widely by law enforcement, military forces, and corporate security throughout the world. Abby hangs onto this sleek, shiny badass for when she needs to ditch stealth and make with the bodies. Because she expects a lot of enemies to use these guns, extra ammunition in a pinch is usually one takedown away.
- ASP 21": An expandable baton for literally beating someone senseless.
- X3 Taser: Neuromuscular disruption at a distance. Sometimes Abby just doesn't have the time to wait patiently for a takedown opportunity.
Personality and Quirks: Abby has a lot of pride and possesses a "just do your part and I'll do mine" mentality in dealing with others. She has a complex regarding her friends: all of them are married with children while she's still single. Still, she prefers the adrenaline-fueled life over one cooking for a family of four. While she has never taken a human life before, she has come to terms with herself and will not hesitate to do so if necessary. She has no problem showing respect to authority, and strives to be professional most of the time. One would say that Abby acts the way she does because she hasn't experienced normal society for a long time.
Biography and Personal Achievements: Abby was raised in a common life with a common family in a common town. And it drove her apeshit. Many people thought her fantasizing was about wanting to meet a handsome prince on a white horse, but actually Abby wanted to do something a lot more daring.
So she trained herself to become a thief. It...kinda didn't work. She got caught the first time she tried to steal something from a museum, but the one who owned the place, a billionaire tycoon, was impressed by how much she was able to accomplish with such untested skills and hired her for the strange career of "security specialist". So she broke into his businesses and evaded his guards like before, except she was getting paid to test how effective they were, instead of trying to take what they were protecting. Her successes or failures helped him determine how he would best alter his security for his own businesses.
And because of her skills, he even introduced her to other people across the world who could use someone to do the same thing against their security systems.
And now it seems like a new opportunity has crossed her doorstep.
Additional Notes: Her blonde hair, the mole just above her lips, and her breasts aren't fake. And if you ask her again, you've got a baton to the face comin'.

Victor Edwards, Accepted!
Dear Mr. Witt,
Do not be alarmed, though I am sure it has been some time that you have lived by that name, our knowledge of your identity does not indicate hostile intent. Quite the opposite. Our admiration of your skill as an analyst and agent in the CIA, as well as the thorough work you did erasing yourself and making this new persona has led my superiors to believe you are worth working for our group. We are the Organization, a name built to be unremarkable and anonymous for the sake of our safety. A concept I'm sure you understand. We will be holding an orientation, for yourself and a collection of others who have gotten similar letters. Inside this envelope, if you have not looked it over yet, you will find a round-trip, first class ticket to the island of Ibiza, booking for a penthouse suite on the island, a scheduled of the activities for the day of the orientation, and a sum of money for you to enjoy yourself with. I understand that this comfortable life you live, simple unremarkable and secure, is difficult to let go of. But we are offering the opportunity of a lifetime. One that benefits the future, the world, and most of all yourself. So please take the flight, stay a while, and if you don't want to join simply fly back. No harm no foul. We look forward to seeing you Mr. Witt.
With respect,
Bob
Zero, approved!
Dear Miss Strauss,
Your work is a fairly intriguing thing, a life started as a thief that evolved to the anti-thief. Your long developed skills, familiarity with security systems, and of course your close relationship with many different influential people as a security specialist has attracted the attention of my superiors. We are the Organization, a name we chose for the security that such a name is difficult to trace to a reliable source. A simple concept, and one I'm sure you may help us expand on in time. You have spent quite some time working for corporate with little to show for it save for a reasonably impressive resume. We offer incredible pay, benefits, and perhaps most notably the knowledge that what you are doing is not just so some fat man can keep his money safe, but to help secure the future for progress. If you aren't impressed you can always fly right back, no harm no foul. But is it so bad to spend a day or two in an island paradise? We hope to see you soon.
With respect,
Bob

Name: Ivan Nikon
Age: 36
Former/Current Occupation:Ex Mercenary
Areas of Expertise/Skills: As a mercenary, he has done loud and proud things as driving a tank into government buildings during a revolution, while standing ontop of the tank waving the revolutionists flag, and quiet and private things as assassination of key figure-heads. He has bodyguarded, tested security, broken security, steal stuff, steal stuff back, caused revolutions, stopped revolutions, well, you get the idea.
Common Tools/Weapons: Pretty much any military weaponry that he can get his hands on he has done something with. Improvised weapons tend to be good to.
Personality and Quirks: Ivan speaks with a thick Russian accent, and tends to not exactly be a quiet one. He is a bit blunt, a bit unruly, and is scarily focused on a task once he has a payment in his bank account.
Biography and Personal Achievements: A normal life is something that Ivan has never had. His father was part of the KGB, his mother was killed in an attempt on his father's life at a young age. His childhood was weird in a sense that his dad moved around a lot and took him along everywhere, so Ivan was never in one place. His only connection with someone was his dad, and it wasn't long before he started figuring out what his dad was up too. Instead of trying to make up excuses, in the end his dad did something that he probably shouldn't have, and told him what he really was, and taught Ivan exactly what would happen if someone found out what his father was. So Ivan soaked it up, got quite a few lessons in general sneakiness and such from his father, and when Ivan was old enough, he decided enough was enough that he joined the military.
He ended up first going recon of sorts. He did well, though he had marks against him about attitude and not exactly following orders. It was during his years of recon that the letters from his dad stopped showing up entirely. He tried getting a hold of him, but nothing came up at all. Ivan really was never sure what happened to his old dad, figured that the many lies that he kept up finally caught up to him.
After about 5 years or so, during a recon mission in Southern Africa he just up and left, disappeared entirely. His squad mates didn't even notice he was gone, but realized quite a bit of supplies disappeared with him. Search team was sent out, and after over a month of investigation he was declared dead, as apparently his body turned up at the bottom of a river half eaten and most of the equipment that was stolen there and recovered.
Then, 3 years later, a revolution occuring in South America had someone of Ivan's description crashing a tank into a government building, planting the flag of the revolutionists in the head of state's body that was drug out of the rubble. 6 months later, a group of terrorists grabbed ahold of a building in england, holding hostage a few government officials. A special squad of the government that no one has heard before was deployed, and a man looking like Ivan's twin lead the group, and managed to rescue the hostages and kill the terrorists.
People by his description showed up occasionally, but always in the weirdest places. Of course, no one really knew that he had formed a Mercenary group, grabbing random people from all over the globe that really didn't have a home to tie to, then sold their services for jobs that... well... let's just say that they were jobs that needed to be done by people that didn't really need to exist, or by people they really didn't mind losing.
Couple years ago, a job went sour, real sour. They had been hired to protect a truck going through some hostile territory. Turned out that it was an agent from a government they had caused a lot of problems for in the past. They wanted the group eliminated, hired them on the job, and planted a bomb on the truck they were protecting and tried to wipe them out. Ivan managed to survive due to dumb luck more than anything, but the rest of his crew was dead. He decided that after that, maybe it was time to pick a side and stay with it, rather than be freelancing and make a lot of enemies, he would just have a set to worry about.
Additional Notes: No one is really sure just how wealthy of just how much money Ivan has, nor how much gear or what he has access to. Being a successful Mercenary with KGB influence on managing funding accounts along with well over 100 governmental relationships have made it a hard time picking out exactly what this man has and where.

Ivan is not approved. Despite his degree and wide variety of skill, the Organization finds him a bit too high profile for the kind of work they are applying for. Both Zero and Mr. Witt are singular individuals with acquaintances that could be useful to the group, while Ivan seems like he could organize himself into a threat to the Organization given enough time.
The risk of hiring him seems a bit too much for our people to bear. But thank you for your time.
