And yeah, couldn't access it either. Not even a 404 error or anything. Just a "Could not display the webpage." message.

I think at this point, it's fairly obvious this is quite wide-spread.
I'm not entirely sure when, but somewhere around 01:30-ish (24h clock)(GMT+1) I couldn't access the forums either.
