So, I was reading up on some TVTropes as research for a roleplaying group to help roleplayers and I found this under Beyond The Impossible (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BeyondTheImpossible) in the Anime and Manga page.
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. It was ultimately so confusing that not only was the mascot baffled, not only were the protagonists baffled, not only was The Chessmaster who planned most of it baffled, the writers themselves were baffled and have stated that they have to go back and read it again.
And so I devised a new rule
The Pinkie Pie Rule: If it defies logic, nature, common sense, cool, and/or makes your staff have to go back over everything again; there is either a Pink Pony involved or you broke your universe.
So any one want to think up moments in their fav media or heck that fit this idea?
I will open up the Video Game edition if enough MOAR is issued.
