So, i try to keep an open mind about pretty much everything, entertainment wise, i don't shy way from giving most shows a try and i always try to look just under the surface to get an idea if this or that show has a deeper meaning.

And then i get Nazo no Kanojo which makes me me look under the surface because "How the fuck does this giraffe floats with no legs" ...

But please, let me elaborate... Kanojo X is your basic Youth relationship anime. Boy meets girl, girl meets boy, Boy develops feelings for quirky girl, so boy licks the drool off the girls table one day and gets sick and now the girl needs to give him a daily dosage of magical loogie so he won't be sick... also her drool allows her to see into his dreams, and she falls in love with him because since they are both virgins, she heard a magical voice in her head that told her that he would be her first lover.

I cannot express enough how this is the actual canon of the story with no comedic exaggerations from me...

It just so happens that i was picking here and there around the new shows, seeing if there was anything new and different to waste a few good hours in... and now i feel like Alice and there aren't enough shrooms...

Usually i wouldn't watch this past the first episode, but i had the first 3 at hand, so, like a proper maniac i watch it all.

There are a LOT of scenes of Drooling Emo Psycho Chick Urabe (the Main protagonist girl), just out of the 3 First episodes...

* She sticks her finger into her mouth and shoves it into her Boyfriend's mouth Multiple times as his "daily dosage" and yet, she only wants to kiss him when they are trully connected as a couple (up to episode 3, it does not happen).

* She Squirts (i don't wanna say barf, but graphically is close) a small pool of Drool out of excitement when Tsubaki (the boyfriend) tears apart a Photo of a old crush of his (that he had in his wallet for years and took without his crush knowing) to show his love for Urabe.

* She sticks his finger on HIS mouth and then onto hers as a way to tap into his Sex dream and know what he was dreaming about.

* She drools into a test tube and tells him to lick it before sleeping which makes him Dream into the realization that they both want to wait for the right time for their first kiss to be special.

* At one point she drags him into an Abandoned house, tells him to close his eyes, Strip bare naked (not shown, just sillhoutte ) and does the Finger-Drool-Mouth thing. But since she is excited about the fear of being seeing by him, he Drool is magically different and makes his heart beat faster and Blood comes out of his nose.

...later on, over that same scene, it's implied quite mildly that if he had peeked it would be veeeeeeeeeeeeery bad for him. Why?

Well did i forgot to mention that the girl carries a Sharp Scissor to the side of her Panties? And she is really good at cutting stuff? Yep... Also, if he hugs her without permission, she threatens him with the scissors... so there is that.

And on Episode 3 another boy asks her out, so to see if her feelings for Tsubaki (and his for her) are special, she does the "Horny Drool" thing with the other guy (she asks him to wait a day to answer him and then spends a full day on skirt but no panties) but since the other guy feels nothing, she understand that she and her boyfriend share a "special bond".

...so now they started walking holding hands. No hugs or kisses though. Just a lot of drool..

And that's pretty much Nazo No Kanojo first 3 Episodes... it's tripping balls anime-tastic. i'm probably not going to watch it any further (the visually drool thingy gets to me pretty fast...) But if you want to know what it's like to watch anime on LSD without having to actually use LSD, i think this is as close as you can get...

PS: AH!! And the music is reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally creepy in this show, Watch it if you like really, really creepy music from the forgotten soundtrack of Silent Hill...
