Drivers assemble! That Vin Diesel movie with angry people that drive fast, part 6.

So The Fast & The Furious 6 turns out to be a good movie, like really good. It still has the hokey "Avengers but with driving and everyone has arrest warrants" thing going from 5 but it works out well. The cast is seeing character development where comedic foil isn't necessary, and the plot is good.

Oh and the driving stunts are great, as they should be.

Also it's about fucking time we got confirmation of Statham being in the series. I mean it will be for the next movie but it'll be interesting to see him take the villain role. Maybe we'll even get Nicholas Cage as his right-hand man, driving a '73 Ford Mustang as a nod to Gone in 60 Seconds.

When I went to see Ironman 3 there was an extended preview of this movie on just before, which I don't think anybody in the audience cared to see and was way too fucking long. It involved some ludicrous chase/battle with a tank wherein physics ceased to exist, as did witty dialogue.

It did nothing to make me want to see this, in fact it may have made me want to see it less.
