Here is the official site to check the art and types of cards

I really could talk a bunch about this kickstarter (that i just very recently learned of) and i got excited for it. But anything i can mention about it, one of the links above tells it better. So check those out.

There are only 4 - FOUR - 4 days left, and i'm really considering.

Where i live now, the magic player base is just... not good enough. And i did want to invest more on Magic, the cool thing about travelling and going to events and competitions... that's just cool, y'know? But my work doesn't allow me to do so now... so i can't really.

And magic online... well... that can REALLY be a Money sink with the same Meta as regular magic, which is cool, but does not replace the nature of having a physical game and go out there and play it.

But this... this is born as an Online thing, and they are looking at a much more accesible venue for what you really pay for.

And it got me thinking.. i mean, if i just pick the cash that i would normally put on Magic, give it a stop for a while and just sink in this... i could have a good time with it. right? Seems pretty cool...

So i'm considering. And now i want you to consider it also. Give it a check if you want to jump in. Because they asked fro 300k and got 1 million and every stretch goal was already reached.

You and me both on this. It's so tempting but I'm a bit skeptical of a getting into a TCG that could die if the servers get shut down.

Oh wow after the Angry Joe interview they are now on 1.7 million, they just might beat 2 million before closing the kickstarter!!

I'm really thinking of digging in, just don't know yet on what level... it would be cool if more people from the forums wanted in early. I mean, c'mon... 20 bucks nets you Beta access and over $40 worth of booster packs and decks....

I'm probably going to be doing the 40 bucks one, it seems the most logical choice to me. I keep turning it over in my head and the cons are starting to slowly disappear.

i'm tiptoeing around either the $35 or $40 tier for the same reason. I just need to skip on a single MTG collection to have a crack at this.

Evolving cards, socketable cards, equipment systems, raid, improving cards with permanent levels and achievements... those are all cool concepts i would love to play with. And getting a bunch of cards at an early discount just seems like the better way to do it.

Know what? Fuck it. i'm in. Paypal $50 bucks tier. I'll just skip the next MTG sets. i already lost my chance of getting Modern Masters anyway... Just got me a bunch of cards, and Beta access, so i'm going to experience this in full.

Last day to join in people...

I want to like Hex, I really do, but this is what is keeping me from liking Hex (http://penny-arcade.com/comic/2013/05/13).

I ended up being a cheapskate and only pledging $20. Been wanting to for a while since I saw PAR report on it. My girlfriend and I own a handful of their games, so I would say I generally like their stuff.

Here's hoping its the best thing since sliced bread.
