Evil Genius/Super Villain...........on the 8-bit personality test I would always get either a male version of EPS, or Black Mage, so I wasn't too surprised.

Why is Lexx Luthor a Super Villain? He's brilliant, resourceful, and bereft of superpowers...a bit like a less-successful, evil version of Batman. Either way, textbook Evil Genius.

Why blow up portions of the world? It's much easier to rule people when they aren't hiding in caves. Just destory all weapons except your own so nobody can rise against you.

A multiverse can never be completly conquered. Since a universe cantinually expands before retracting in on itself and then expanding again to create a new universe. Also a multiverse contains and infinate number of universes in itself. With the continual rebirth of old universes and the death of new ones you would never be able to have them all under control at the same time...you'd need a partner...me to be precise as I have already killed any competition I would have.

Women make terrible business partners when it cmes to world conquest. They always fall for the hero. Think how many times Bond would have died if his enemy was a girl. Sure sometimes they tried to kill him...but after they rolled around a bit they'd tell him every military secret the bad guy ever had.

Maybe all us evil geniuses should form a circle of death and think of plans to get rid of heroes that'd try and stop us...you know plans that don't suck.
For example
Don't: Slowly lower the hero into a vat of acid while you make preparationms to fire your lazer.
Do: Shoot the hero in the head and burn his body. Then go prepare the lazer.
