I'm not sure what this is but I think I might like it. (http://abc.go.com/shows/galavant)
I hear its only around for 8 episodes which is probably a good thing. I'm curious as to how it will hold up and kind of think it might have been better as like a 2 part miniseries or something.

I thought the first 2 episodes were fun. I agree it's best as a miniseries and not a full series, but I liked it and will be watching the next episode.

Ahhh, good to know that I'm not the only one who watched and loved that :)

It's really good. If you like Princess Bride and musicals, this seems up your alley. And I do, so it is.

The first episodes were light and fun. I think it would get old fast, so a mini series was the right way to go.

Huzzah for a not-completely white cast. It's a surprising choice considering the motif, but really if they wanted to go for an authentic medieval theme then everyone would smell like ass and have horrible teeth in addition to being European-ish.

Its not that surprising. Once Upon A Time has had a black Lancelot, black Rapunzel, a brownish Maid Marrion and a black Ursula. I've heard of other shows that did non-white Medeval people. And then there's that Princeless comic that has a black main heroine. Its just a new trend nowadays.

I'm hearing that the show had some surprisingly good ratings and even got a Wednesday night encore. Hopefully the networks take note and we get more great shows like this.

Bad....ish news guys! They've now resorted to Jew-humor. And a Wilhiem stock scream.
But on the other hand: pirates!

It ust ended on a sequel-bait cliff hanger where nothing really gets resolved......
Douchebaskets!
Although the "we're off on a secret mission" song has got to be one of the funniest they ever cranked out. Right next to the chef's song to his girlfriend.

It definitely was the best two episodes yet. I thought I'd be sick of it by now but I just want more. There was some seriously good characterization going on too.
My wife and I have been big fans of this. The self-referential humor alone was worth it. I liked how the ending song of the finale quiped about Nealson ratings.
Anyway, we're excited to see if they get a second season to finish the story. If they string this into a sort of 1001 Arabian Nights thing where they end each season making me want to know more, I won't be sad about it.

Galavant was fun, though the ending could have had a little more resolution.
