Are they being forced to play for the amusement of the masses, as this is the people's only form of entertainment, similar to the Roman Gladiators? I want my Lakers to win, but they just aren't playing like a Finals team, so sadly, this one might go to the Pistons. And as a quick PS: the people of detroit suck, honestly. I don't care if you live there or if your family does, everybody from that "city" can go suck one. It's a freaking game people, leave the players alone.

I'm not "from" Detroit, but I lived there for four years, I'm rooting for the Pistons in this one, it was a hard choice considering these are my two favorite teams, I guess I like the Pistons better.

I'd defend my home, but I think it'd fall on some pretty deaf ears around here. At least we have SOME respect for other teams (well....except for the Kings, cuz they're NO Cal hippies :-P)
