So without further ado, I present the new poll. Who is your favourite character? Why? Vote away.

Also, I gave the option to vote for more than one character since I am sure there are some who wouldn't want to be restricted to just one choice. Might show who's the favourite overall, too. Though I guess we know who that is.

Thief > BM because Thief knows how to be moral in order to get things easier from others.
Thief > RM because Thief's intellect is a lot more, percentage wise, appliable to the situation.
Thief > Fighter because Thief's mobility is equal to Fighter's armor, Thief's daggerwork is slightly more efficient than Fighter's mindless slashing, and Thief has skills beyond these things, whereas Fighter just has a friendship based solely on abuse.
Thief > WM because Thief doesn't let archaic concepts like morals stop him from getting what he wants.
Thief > BB because he is smarted and has knives instead of lumps of flesh.
Thief > Garland because Garland's an idiot.
Thief > Bikke for the same reason as Garland.

Remember the giant when the LWs came back to Elfland? If BM were switched with Fighter, then Thief would hold back if not for the legion of giants then to convenience the ammo reclamation crew. BM, however, would stab the giant prince out of spite and idiotic impulse.

I had to choose 4 favorites. (hello I listed 5 I was waiting for someone to comment on the less than accurate counting)

I chose:

:rmage: Red Mage because his family life growing up is much worse than mine. (And he looks better in drag than most guys I have seen losing the bet to do it)

:bmage: Black Mage because when ley lines colide in a living being the Multiverse should take notice. (And I can't stand the other two light warriors anyway.)

:wmage: White Mage because of all the 8-Bit characters she is the most like a character from FF ready to attack and heal in ones own best interests and looking out for the Greater Good. (And I like how she demured for the cute guy who I think will kill them all in a jason-esque future eppisode, or at least die trying. He did after all implicate himself allot talking about Crystal Lake earlier.)

:cool: Evl Princess Sara (she deserves an personal emoticon too) because she is by far the smartest in the entire series including Sarda the Sage. When surrounded by idiots, instead of talking in small words, she switches to actions that they will understand so much easier. I can't wait for her to overthrow Chaos and set up a new relegion of her own.

Lastly I clicked Other because of Sulk so sad so imprisoned such an easy target for shunning I would love to see him ignored in the margins of the comics again soon.

The characters in 8 Bit all have their unique ways that never fail to impress me. But my all time favorite goes to Fighter. His stupidity is hularious. At rare moments he shows knowledge from within. His line: "I like swords." And the idea of Sword Chucks. He's so great.

Black Mage. He's pretty much capable of taking out all the other characters at once, barring any unforseen ressurections by Sarda or Dr. Swordopolis. And the Hadoken is just plain awesome.

If I had to pick another, it'd probably be White Mage. She puts up with Black Mage, has healing magic, and those gigantic sledge-hammers. I think we need more people like WM in the world: trying to always take the peaceful road, but ready to go into, shall we say, "agressive negotiations" when needed.

In combat he has the devestating HADOKEN spell! which has multiple varieties, such as BOATDOKEN and FIGHTERDOKEN. FIGHTERDOKEN can be used unlimited times, even if fighter dies.

In all other situations any problem not solved by stabbity death, or boatdoken, can be solved by a combo HADOKEN and featherfall.

He even strengthens the other members powers, by teaching fighter the devestating MEDOKEN and giving white mage plenty of practice in hammer wielding (even dual wielding them) and many many healing spells from stabbity death and the aforementioned hammer practice.

And what other person on the list can claim they staged a hostile takover of HELL by means of complete spine removal of all the hellish hellspawn.

I cannot possibly choose between my three favorites, so I voted for them all. My favorites are Black Mage, Thief, and Red Mage.

Black Mage because...well, who doesn't just love that giant ball of evilness?

Red mage because...well, for one he has some great quotes. Two, because of his...less than perfect plans...and three, just because he is sooo funny!

And theif well...because I think he holds some of the best qoutes in the comics! With the exception of a few of Red Mages, and most of BMs hit lines, Thiefs quotes are the best! Plus, he is so sneaky..his super tiny print was awesome!

I like the whole Light Warrior group because they all have their hilarious moments and they play off one another really well. White mage and Black Belt are the only others I voted for because they play off the Light Warriors well and add their own humor. The other characters are just 'there' to further the plot and otherwise don't have many moments if any worth mentioning.

Red Mage is the absolute best character in the whole friggin series. He was my favorite to use in the game, and he's my favorite here, because he transcends the game-rules-boundaries infinitely. He has an infinite amount of doomsday spells and a knife at his disposal. Should he succeed in murdering his traveling cohorts, the storyline would end. BM has no clue about this, but the creator does. In this way, BM can exact stabbity revenge and not kill the storyline with it. :p

Fighter is teh best! Not only is he the inventor of swordchucks, staffchucks, axechucks, bowchucks, chuckchucks, etc. He is also the most powerful party member. no matter how he trys BM can't kill him, hes immune to fire completely, he takes and dishes out the blunt of the damage in any party*_*, and has the most powerful attack ever in "Fighterdoken", this attack is empowered even more by his mastery of the swordchucks (swordity goodness x4!) Again I state, Fighter is the best! Hes the smartest too, although he doesn't really show it.

Kary: Now, you realize of course that a flaming hell of fire and brimstone has no power over me, right? In fact, as I stand here, amongst the flames, I see that my power is more potent HERE than it ever was.

If you have seen the flash comics you would know that thief has stolen the hadoken. Thief vs. Thief is the one you want to see. again, thief has stolen BMs hadoken, and he has managed to trick everyone in the party on several occasions.

It's between BM and Fighter. First, BM. That "I hate the world" attitude is infectiously funny. Oh yeah, and I can't forget about the best part, stabbings. Who doesn't love a hearty helping of stabbity action!!! Now, fighter. I don't care what anybody says, but stupid people are funny and fighter really proves my point.
