I just got a comic up on Keenspace. It's at "Death by Chibi" (http://deathbychibi.keenspace.com/) . It's a sort-of sequel to the anime Evangelion. If you're not familiar with it, the first strip is a quick recap of the series.
So far that's the only stip up. But I posted some previews of future strips and characters here: http://evamade.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=1370
. These previews are scattered around the first three pages.
Plus anyone interested can joins the site's forum.

I only have one question, if its called "Death by Chibi", why is it a sprite comic. Wouldn't it make sense to have chibi characters running around.

In case you haven't noticed, the sprites have big heads and compact bodies. That does fit in the chibi catergory, specifically "super deformed".

That is what I figured myself.

It looks like any other sprite comic to me.

That is true as well, then again I suppose all sprite comics that use those sorts of sprites are Chibi as well?

My point exactly, I see sprite not chibi. Technically Chibi yes but not striking as chibi but more as sprites.

Firstly, h4x, ignore the name. It doesn't mean anything. I just think it sounds cool.
Second, I think my word ballons could be a lot better. Can anyone tell me what I can do? I use MS paint and Paint Shop Pro 8.

If you've got Paint Shop Pro 8 then you can completely ditch MS Paint. That will help quite a bit.
There are plenty of tutorials online for using PSP. Don't try to paint yourself into a corner by looking for sprite comic tutorials; you'll end up lying on the floor in a fetal position, crying. Instead, go through tutorials that explain how to use the various features of the program.
Once you're comfortable with the layout and function of the software, look at the work other people have done with PSP and Photoshop. Using what you've learned about PSP, try to emulate other people's work. Now notice I used the word 'emulate', not 'copy'. Try to figure out how they created their comics and eventually you'll get a feel for how you want to do yours. This will not only get you out of the MS Paint rut that most sprite comic 'artists' get stuck in, but it will help you to develop a unique look for your own comics.

First of all, Solid, I like your comic (although the Taco Bell part was a bit much). And I even posted a link to it on my site (I'll remove it if you want.).
Anyway, I'm not going to ditch MS Paint completely. There are still some things that can be done more easily on it (such as letting you copy and paste without making you chose between making it a new layer, selection, image, etc.).
And as you've (hopefully) seen, I've figured out how to make decent balloons (I'm still working on the pointers to the speakers.). That was because what you said is true, as I figured out the other day. Once I figured out how to use the layer features, and the uses of both vector and raster (except what the hell their names mean), it was smooth sailing.
