The crowd parts as a Eldar wearing gold and silver struts proudly towards the group and replys "the lord has come. what do you need?" por'el pipes up "for you to join the greater good" "only if you prove your usefulness tau. how about you and your group helps us defeat the dark eldar army on calth a cavern world nearby. your space marines seem up for it. are you?" "i will die for the greater good if need be." replied por'el "Excellent you will be sent with a warband". the crowd cheers as you are escorted on to it by a squad of striking scorpions

OOC: The Diamond Angels are a tragic Chapter, and are very untrustworthy to anyone, as well as disliking all who are not of their joint chapter with the Azure Swords, including the Imperium and the Emperor. This is because they were sent to a dead world, inhabited by hordes of Tyranids, and being told that they were to defend an outpost. In fact, it was a ploy to get them killed.
IC:"Well, 'at went well." Muttered Obsolete, walking back to the transport, escorted by a gaurdian with a shruiken catapult pressed to his back. Obsolete turned around and glared at the eldar, grabbed his shruiken catapult in the hand he wasn't hefting his heavy bolter in, and crushed it. "Don' ever touch me" he growled, turning away, then curtly added, "EVER". This seemed to scare the eldar out of his wits, as he stood there shaking and quaking.
Upon arriving on the Cavern World, Obsolete put on his helmet, leaving his hair to stream out the back, and spoke a curse of hatred upon all who would dare to get in his way. He looked at Por'el, and shaked his head, turning away, wondering how the bloody Tau would survive.

OOC: Reabe, Xenos Inquisitor, has been sent by the inquistion to look apon this treaty and whether the Impealium could take in some part of it. The eldar's powers of the warp could be useful against the attacks by Abadon and other chaos space marines.
IC: Reabe hesitantly walked down the ramp to Por'el's side, accompanied by two dog creatures, a scribe, an Acolyte pushing a shrouded rack, a Cherbim surrported by nti-grav wings, a gun-servitor and a combat servitor. He looked at the emsembled Eldar. 'Umm...' he said. He held up a hand, with two fingers spread to the left and two to the right and said 'Peace?'
He leaned to his side, towards the Tau, and whispered 'This better be worth it'
Bob, his Skull Servitor, flew out of the ramp doorway and gave Reabe a Data Slate.
'AstroPath-Transmition-Of-Planet-Fall-Sucsessful' It hummed 'Share-And-Enjoy' It then went into orbit around the Cherubim, the flying creature swating at the skull every so often.
'Landing Bay 2 cleared for Emperor's Grandchildren craft' Boomed a voice from speakers high up in the ceiling.
Reabe brighten and turned around as a ship came down in bay 2. An entrance unfolded itself and ten space marines walked out, armed with bolters. Their power armour was pink with gold edgeing and on the red knee cap on the power armour, was a 1.
'Bodyguard and first company vetrens for Inqusitor Marlus reporting' The sergent said, his voice magnified by his Vox. Marlus shook his hand. 'This is the impeilums contribution to your war effort' He told the eldar lord. Computer sceens annoced that it had detected another 30 ships in orbit awound the world, colectively containing the whole chapter of Emperor's Grandchildren Space Marines.
Reabe smiled. 'I hope it's enough' he said.

OOC: Wait a moment, why is a Tau ambassador on a Imperial frigate on a diplomatic mission to a craft world? On a mild aside, the Eldar do seem to be behaving oddly.
In a chamber some distance away in the Craftworld, Sirashal sits cross legged in meditation along with a small group of other warlocks. A farseer guides their roving minds through the intricacies of the infinity matrix, offering them a glimpse at the untold possibilities of the future. At the end of the lesson, Sirashal disenages his psychic senses and opens his eyes. He senses a psychic summons from the Farseer Keliashal, his main teacher and takes his leave of the venerable farseer who had given the lesson.
He meets Keliashal just outside her dwellings. She has a grave expression on her face as she greets him. They talk for a while before turning to deeper matters. He also grows grave as he hears what she has to tell him. Supressing a light trace of displeasure he returns to his home to garb himself in his wargear and then leaves to join with the mon-keigh group to serve as an intermediary between them and hs craftworld.

OOC: The Tau want to become allies with the Eldar so they can increase their trading ablites and thus prosper, but the eldar won't do such a thing untill we've killed a whole lot of Xenos Dark Eldar and the Imperial ship belongs to Ordo Xenos which is so that the Space Marine Chapter could follow it easily to the craft world. And because who's better at killin' aliens then Ordo Xenos? No one, that's who. I can't think of anything to say in character at the monment so this is just gonna be a out-of-character message.

IC: Bolter rounds flared from Commissar Orions' Bolter, Blasting apart two Dark Eldar to pieces. He cut the third one down with his chainsword. After his craft was taken down and losing thirty of his regiment and 3 of the crew, he didn't feel like dying to some eldar bastards' blade. Orion and 15 of his regiment manged to wipe out the last of the Dark Eldar scout squad that had infiltraited the ship. He decided to gather the last of his regiment and try and contact any Imperial Fleets that could be near.
When Commissar Orion isn't known for his patience, his men know this. So when he found out warp storms would be blocking any transmissions for the past few days, he promptly chased the officer with a knife screaming obsenties which would make the most devout Imperial servant faint.
After (being) calmed down, he want back to his quaters for a glass of Cadia Whisky. After sitting and taking a swig from the bottle, he said "Bastard. I hate these Bastard Warp storms!"

Charcion stepped onto the cold earth of Calth, and immediately his helm lit up with warning signs. His eyes opened wide in horror as he hefted his heavy bolter and yelled a mighty scream of battle, unleashing torrents of bolts which sent two Dark Eldar scouts screaming into the depths of Hell. Their blood stained the earth as three more scouts were sent to depths of oblivion. He stopped firing and let the smoke slowly rise from his heavy bolter. A sigh emenated from him, amplified by his helm.
His hand raised to the side of his helm as he received an incoming message from Commisar Orion's ship. He closed his eyes and decieded wether or not to answer. He thought it would be rather stupid to have half the Imperium after him. "This is Captain Charcion Obsolete of the Diamond Angels, we are landed on Calth, Sector 2-C. We are attempting to assist the eldar of a craftworld close to here, but we must cleanse this infestation. Please send help if you can spare it."
He opened his eyes and waited for a reply, blasting the occasional Dark Eldar.

Commisar Orion sat alone in his quaters, his bottle of Cadia whisky in his hand, the breath he emitted drunk with its stench. He sat alone, waiting. He'd expected the guards where in the mess hall playing cards or some other game. It was 30 minutes ago he gotten the reports of damage done to the ship, his regiment and his reputation - thanks to the whisky. He was happy with the fact the ships weapons where still functional. He was happy that the Dark Eldar scouting parties where kept back because of heavy losses. "Emperor bless Imperial technolgy, especially las-weaponry." He took another light swig from the bottle. His still had Olaf, Hog, Reg, Gregor and Mak. Even Ogres have there place in the Imperial Guard. He lost Zof to the Eldar bastards who got in. He missed Zof now thinking about the big oaf. So he took another heavy swig in memory to Zof. Orion went over what else he had. Two standard fit Leman Russ' survived the crash, 3 sentinals and a single Baskilisk. Somehow, though by the Emperor knows how, the 5 chimeras survived. He felt lucky, yet he felt something else, like something else was going to happen.
"Sir?"
Orion felt interupted, and turned around. The officer straightened saying "Private John reporting, Commisar Orion Sir!". Orion could tell the boy was on the edge of breaking down, he should know. He remembered clearly the expression on the boy's face as he turned the knife on him. However, Pt.John has one useful trait - Speed - he ran as if the daemons of the eye of terror were after him. Orion glumly looked at the bottle, then looked at the boy.
"What?"
Orion could see the sweat trailing down the boy's face.
"More bad news, Private John?"
"No, no, no sir...No Commisar Orion!"
"Good. Anymore and I'll..." Orion thought for a minute. He just looked at the boy, which did Orion's reputation justice.
"Sir, we just recieved a transmission!"
Orion just looked at him.
"We recieved a transmission from Captain Charcion Obsolete of the Diamond Angels."
Diamond Angels...? Orion gave the name thought. Shit! The name definetly brought back what he'd heard. Those crazy bastards, here! By Emperor!
"What does he want?"
"They just landed here, Sir!"
"Did you listen to me boy, or are you deaf!?"
"No Sir! He asks for support, Sir!"
Orion looked at the boy. He'd best finish this. He straightened himself up and cleared his thoughts.
"Where are they and whats the situation?"
"They are currently in Sector 2-C and are joined by Craftworld Eldar. They are under fire from Dark Eldar scouting parties, Sir!"
Orion gathered his thoughts, and came out with an answer.
"Just go."
"...Sir?"
"GO!"
The boy ran just as before. Commisar Orion looked at the bottle, took a swig, and put it away. He went off to get ready. There was a saying he remembered from years ago;
"Being a Bastard works!"
Most people think its not right to use necrons for an rp but they do have minds of theitr own. I am a disbanded necron lord. The Ct'an Nightbringer has banished me and those loyal to me for having too much free will and unwillingness to particapate in the Red Harvest. I can still not forgive myself for this. Now all we ever do is appear as reinforcements in certain battles. We are basically drifters as you would call us. My tau water caste friend has a likeness for calling me Goro. He says its because I have 2 extra arms welded under my original arms.
Upgrades:
Destroyer body
Resurrection Orb
Phylactery
Gaze of Flame
Staff of Light
Retinue:
24 Necron warriors
1 Tomb spyder
4 Flayed ones
1 Wraith
3 Destroyers
1 Heavy Destroyer
Lots of guns.

OOC: Uh, if you had too much free will and refused ot participate in the Red Harvest, wouldn't Nightbringer simply have devoured you? The C'tan aren't particularily known for mercy. I'm of the opinion that this RP is spiralling down into craziness.
Firstly backtracking a little:
In response to Por'el's question about the Dark Eldar, Sirashal supresses a sharp retort and replies, "Saying they are merely pain and pleasure cultists betrays your ignorance. They are skilled warriors and blindingly fast compared to you. Falling into their clutches is a fate literally worse than death." Por'el looks taken aback by Sirashal's vehemence as Sirashal again reminds himself why it is necessary for him to remain with the mon-keigh.

OOC: The Dark Angels would kill a renegade, and there haven't been any renegades since the betrayal of the Fallen!
And there can't be renegade Necrons because they all fell asleep, and when they wake up they do so following a single minded-purpose.
Dark Eldar don't fight in a prolonged position, and their prescence isn't even supposed to be known until they sneak up behind your back lines, open a portal, and start killing you.
That, and I'm doing my best not to point out the massive fluff mistakes. The Dark Eldar thing is to make the RP more interesting for you guys.

OOC: I do agree that there are some major fluff issues here. I'm finding it a little annoying how people are just saying that they're just picking off the dark eldar. I could always go off and make a dark eldar character for you to oppose. It would help give more of a perspective into what the dark eldar are doing.

OOC: Oh come now, this entire scenario is unrealistic. Considering that the Eldar and Imperium are in open war, and the truce with the Tau Empire is just that, a cease-fire rather than an alliance, the whole thing is completely rediculous. So does a renegade necron really make any more of a difference?

OOC:Craziness!?!?!?!
having whole spacemarine chapters is craziness!
Nevertheless i will change my character if 1 more person argues with it.
OOC: Hey, I've come up with the fluff needed so that I could poilet my Chapter where ever i want. They're on a penince thingie (They've got to redeem themselves to the emperor), so there... Basically the Emperor's Grandchildren were once Emperor's children but while goin to attack horus and before any of the chaos worshipping stuff happened, a bit of the chapter got lost. About 1,000 men and 3 ships got lost in the warp, of much now makes up the Emperor's Grandchildren which have recently come out of the warp, the time passage seeming to them like 3 minitues 30 seconds exactly. They got given the Reabe sector to have to recuit members into their chapter but the sector also contains a forge world and a world which has a imperial gaurd army (The Reabe VI Chem-Gun-Dogs as they are called). After this, the penince was given out so some of the chapter go around, under the command of Inqusitor Marlus.
IC: Marlus Sat on his chair and took a sip of his caffine, a scout wlaked up to him.
'Sir, Reports'
'Yes?'
'The bombing was suscessful but they have caused what you've feared,' the scout said 'The Xenos Dark Eldar have widly been destoyed but still qutie alot has speard even more around the planet. More ships have been reported taking off into space'
Inquistor Marlus thought about this. Bugger, he thought, weren't there Imperial guard nearby? The diamond angels had unncessly sent for some of them, even though there was another chapter on the planet...
'Stop the bombardments,' He ordered 'and order every craft that we can spare to take out those enemy ships. The Angels will no doubt try in some way to m ake this seem more worse than it really is' Marlus downed the rest of his drink.
He added as an after thought 'We didn't hit any friendly troops?'
'No sir'
'Right...' He looked up 'Are you still here? Go, man! Go!'
The scout jumped and ran to issue the orders.
His thoughts went back to the breifing:
'Mainly pleasure cults' was somthing that surfed across his mind.
'Oh, bugger' he said, eyes wide. They couldn't of- could they?

OOC: Yes, well the Tau with the imperials was the first thing to go unrealistically. The Eldar and the Imperium aren't in open war though. ime for me to pull the eivl back in dark eldar.
Ir'zahar listens to the reports of the battle, his Incubi cadre grouped around him. He smiles at the report that the humans believed that their bombing had been succesful and eliminated the Dark Eldar's main strength. He looks around at the numerous Raiders and jetbikes in the cavern with him and his cruel smile broadens. Hearing that the mon-keigh were advancing he signals to his Incubi and they rush to one of the Raiders, the other warriors behind them. With a thin wail, the swift tranports lift into the air, the razor edged jetbikes flanking them. The advancing guardsmen are utterly unprepared for the swift attack emerging from multiple side tunnels. As splinter cannons and splinter rifles fill the air with jagged projectiles and Reaver jetbikes swoop thorugh the ranks of their foes Ir'zahar's Raider slows near to the ground and he leaps from it into the fray with the guardsmen. Ir'zahar is a terrifying figure as he cuts a swath through those who oppose him, a tall, slender figure clad in sleek black armour that bristles with spines and spikes and wearing a mask that appears like something out of a nightmare who moves inhumanly fast, each thrust of his glaive killing or wounding an enemy. He fires his hellglaive into the face of a guardsman who too slowly brings his lasgun up, before slicing him in half at the waist. He maims more than he kills as his retinue dispatch more of the guardsmen. As the Imperial Guard begin to fall back, the Dark Eldar return to the dark caverns they emerged from, dragging trophies and captives back with them.

OOC: *ahem* Reabe? Um...That's...kinda'....impossible. Um...first of all, before the Horus Heresy they were Legions of about a million men each. And the Emperor's Children were on the first to side with Chaos...and if you were related to that legion the Inquisition would scream "TRAITORS!" and declare you Excommunicae Traitorus. Following which, you'd have the Sisters of Battle dumping bolter fire up your ass.
Also, a Warp Storm wouldn't hold you in the warp. If it did, the Grey Knights would wipe you out for possibility of corruption. It would instead throw you to some god-forsaken planet and leave you there. And then shield it from the Astronomicon.
Furthermore, a Forge World would be completely under the control of the Adeptus Mechanus. And they wouldn't let you even cough on it without being cleared. Also, all worlds tend to have Imp. Guard armies. They're usually just Planetary Defence forces though.
But, hey! That's just being uber fluffy.

Look, I just wanted a "joke" space marine army. Emperor's Grandchildren sounded funny and the Emperor's Children armour colours looked funny (Pink and Gold! :-) ) so I decided to make them. I've tried to fill those "Fluff Gaps" by having the inquistion atually test the space marines for chaos things-and-what-nots instead of just charging blindly at them screaming rubbish at my leigon. THE EMPEROR'S GRANDCHILDREN ARE HERE TO STAY!!! woot.
Just blowing up the planet is boring and I don't think we have 1. The ships to do so and 2. I think the Eldar want the planet back intact.
