Should you have me remove my hood, Messy brown hair and green eyes would adorn my face, along with a pair of glasses. :P A little tuft of brown hair would stick out from under the hood anyway. A deck of cards is usually in my left hand, with a small symbol (doesn't matter the symbol really) drawn onto them.

Actually I meant that to be "LIVE," like your avatar is on a TV screen. Jive fits well enough, though.

Thanks for all the compliments. That kind of comic is easy to do, all you need to do is take some backgrounds from Google image search, add in a few avatars, throw in lettering/effects, and BAM you've got yourself a cool comic.

And in case anyone's wondering, Rockmonanov is the last name to this one Russian guy who invented a bomb...or something. I just like to randomly say it because it sounds cool.

As for your comp, it could be because you have Microsoft Office 2003. Most employers wouldn't like to see employees painting stick figures all day.

Actually, reviewing what you've done with your comics, this is the way to go:

1) Instead of loading the comics to NPF attatchment, go to www.imageshack.us
2) Load up a full sized attatchment there
3) several things will pop up. Copy the one in [img] attatchments.
4) Paste it in a reply.

I'm seriously considering not doing any more comics now. My intention was to throw out a little juvinile and simplistic cartoon as per my style as a change of pace from the excellently drawn artwork of Queeko and the others. Contrast was the key and is what made them funny. However, if everyone and their dog comes out with a stick figure comic, mine will only be lost among the other talentless forumites (like myself).

One stick figure comic among art is funny,

Just to point something out: I'm not an athlete!

Me talking about Finland a lot, is something you can't understand. We are people who want to get seen. To be noticed as a nation. If in some tv-program they mention Finland everyones like: "OMFG!!!11! They mentioned Finland...TWICE!!! OMFG!!!" Like that Conan O'Brien episode where he apologizes to Finland. They showed it...what, two or three times here just because people liked it so much and it got such large ratings. So thats pretty much the problem it is by all means not about superiority cause we won some hockey game. And why I talk about WCH? Well it was the second most important hockey game in finnish hockey history.

Besides the WCH talk fades away with time anyhow cause in some days from now it won't bother me at all anymore. And I still pretty much think that most of the americans who tell me they don't care are just pissed off cause you lost. I don't mean it's that with you though. You made obvious what you think about athletes and sports.

I'l cut down talking about Finland, wich I actually don't seem to have been doing THAT much (in my scale...).

That being said...

I just finished reading all the comics as well as all the posts on the discussion thread, it took me a while but I've got to say they are hilarious. This is the best thing (thing in a very broad sense) that Ive seen in a while.

I feel sad that I'm so anti social though, it looks like a lot of you are good friends. I wish I were able to interract with people better than I do, so I could be in a comic too. :(

all my mopiness aside, I'd love to try my hand at this, but I'm wondering exactly how I'd go about it. If anyone could give me some advice in a pm or something I'd really appreciate it, and I'd be sure to include them in my first comic!

The idea of the comics I do (I feel so redundant after repeating this so many times) is that I draw the comics as an alternative to posting a response with typed words. So you'll just have to post more often (without spamming).

RD: Those were some of the funniest comics that I've yet to read. Absolutely priceless! Favourite parts: You've got me down pat (MWAHAHAHA!!!), and you have to love Oster and DB's support from the stands (Evil pwnz!)! (not to mention the "Vote Dragonsbane" sign in the background) Qeeko's love for everything red, especially Red Mage ("But... Red Mage is what I'm looking for..." ). Dante's behaviour was very funny indeed! (and very true to character!)

And you can rest assured that I at least wouldn't have voted against you - someone rigged my vote! :).

And I'll try to be less antisocial so that I might end up in a comic, for some reason its very satisfying to see my likeness posted for all to see. Even if the likeness is a stick figure. :B

Of course, you can just crunch the size down and post it here, which has worked for me so far.

First of all, save in .JPG format. You lose a bit of quality, but it's generally not much (it depends on the image), and the space that is saved is incredible.

Secondly, I would recommed downloading either Irfanview of the GIMP (I'll check for links presently... Aha! Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/), and The GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/) ), as either handle scanned images very well, and give excellent control over the quality of the JPG image. They're both free, too. Just keep dropping the quality a little until the file's size is below the required threshold.

As you might guess from the first panel, this RD responds extremely well to flattery, so, THANK YOUUUUU!!!! I really want to do more comics, tho I would be open to suggestions for possible scenarios. I would like to attempt a modicum of modesty, and say that while my comics may be funny, I am still in awe of talented artists like cruelty and QQ and such. at this point, I, Zoamelgustar, fly out of the refrigerator and land on the floor of the kitchen, my eyes are xed out comically.

Elminster_Amaur the main problem was you saved them as a .jpeg never do that with a sprite comic as the pixel and colours blurr to much for them to look presentable, you should always save it as .png as that works best with sprite comics

QQ, why exactly do you keep putting the names next to people when you first introduce them? For some poeple I can understand, like Steph(I forgot the rest), who has only been shown once or twice, but I think by now everyone knows which character is you, along with some others.
