All of the Sons of Aether's planets are contacted by a powerful ship located thousands of light years away. The Sons of Aether are needed at the planet of Zoldere in the Blagari system. The Blagari Empire has been conquered by Kaldamoss, the Scourge of Lies. A massive 110,000 ship battle has been fought for Blagari's sovereignty. The loss of Kaldamoss'es ships were light, while almost no fighting Blagari was left alive.

Goran walked down the rocky path leading towards the ship.
"Divine One, lend me strength in this trial, and protect me from the dangers ahead."
Goran stepped up the stairs, and had a seat near the door. He lowered his head and immediately began his daily prayers.

Esta stood at the top of the hill, looking down into the rocky valley. The ship which would lead to Zoldere had set down at the base of the valley, closest to Esta and his companion.
Hood drawn up, cloak flowing in the light breeze, Esta watched as his master walked down the path. After taking a brief moment to scan the eastern and western edges of the valley, he calmly began his journey down into the valley. Esta was about two hundred feet behind as his master boarded the ship.
Esta promptly boarded the vessel after him, and took a seat opposite of Goran. He examined the interior of the craft, outside onto the planet surface he would probably never feel again, and his new master as he sat quietly, praying.

Ha! Ha!" they sped to the ship and entered quickly and simultuously said, "Where's the party?"

Derek had noticed the seven swordsmen, but he couldn't let his instincts take over him now. 'If only I could get one of them without the others attacking...' Carefully moving, he noticed that many invaders were moving in a near-100% synch. 'That's too good... Let's see if they like this.' Aiming carefully at the most connected group, he channeled some power to his hands before feeling the Chaos surrounding him. "Heh... how about some Chaos?!" he said, slightly out loud, before sending a sphere forward. The sphere started to grow and envelop the fighters, before disappearing shortly.
However, in their helmets, they were being confused. Several new targets were being detected, and they were in their side! But, since they were good soldiers (without realizing their minds were being muddled by the magic as well), they decided to follow through their new objectives.
(Chaos Magic: Sphere of Confusion. Of course, that was a very strong spell; in fact, it's so strong that they might shoot each other just because they can't stop. It would be fairly weaker, actually, if normal rules applied. But my magic is chaotic... If it's too OP, just PM me.)

Esta rolled backwards onto his feet again as the swordsman impaled into the ship deck where he had just fell. The polymers making up the deck floor sizzled as the lightsword sliced its way more than six inches down. The swordsman lifted the weapon up without any trouble and faced Esta.
Making no sudden movements, Esta simply brushed his long cloak to his side and clasped his other hand to his chest. The swordsman was confused, but attacked with a furious vigor nonetheless. The lightsword collided with the invisible barrier, filling the air with a loud crack. Esta opened his hand and pointed it at the surprised attackers chest.
A stream of fire leapt from his fingertips and coalesced into a single point at the center of his palm. The point exploded in a violent, fiery torrent and sent the swordsman flying off through the room and out of the ship, through the door they had entered.
Another swordsman took notice of the manouver and attempted to strike Esta, who swiftly side-stepped and grasped the attackers hand firmly. In a fraction of a second, the man's hand, arm, and shoulder had frozen solid. Esta simply shoved him to the ground as he started screaming in pain and began ushering Goran deeper into the ship where it would be less crowded.

"It's for the show, come my minions!" his two arms protruded out again as the two came over to him and died as the men looked at their own comrads he placed his hands on thier heads and they began to struggle as roots began to protrude out of every area that used to be an arm or a leg and suddenly thier heads exploded as flowers poped out and began to head off to the old black armored man, "Hope you like them they were made just for you!" they both pulled back two of thier roots but did not attack. Noticably they would wait until he did, one would die but the outher would impale him with a seed that would turn into one of them, "Interesting aye?"

Draven had recieved the message. At first he was planning on ignoring it because it sounded like nothing worthwhile, but then a thought crossed his mind. The Blagari empire might be willing to part with a few priceless treasures for his help. It was due to this thought that he now approached an ongoing battle. He say the fighting and decided to get the enemy moving. He looked closely at the enemy ship focusing on the captains worst fear. It was actually quite a simply fear once it came to him. THe man was scared of an ambush, and seemed quite paranoid about it. "Alright then, lets see how hard it is to fake an ambush." Draven then focused, and soon it looked as if ships where starting to warp in. There was at least 10 Human Battleships, each one looking strong enough to easily take out the ship. Then, it looked as if all the ships started to deploy fighters, and that was all that captain needed to run. But just to make sure, he focused and enchanted the next blast of the omegacannon of one of the battleships to be real. It took a lot of magic, and Draven was feeling tired, but the sight was incredible as the blast hit the enemy ship and tore through it's shields. "Wonder if thats enough to make them retreat."
OOC: I am slightly confused on whats going on. If there is anyone in space under attack, then assume I am rescueing them. If there isn't, then I have meet a few Blagari and Kaldamoss ships that are having a skirmish a long distance from the actual planet.

Goran looked up from the mass barrier spell that he had just enacted to protect from the gunfire outside. He noticed a swordsman right next to him, distracted by Esta. Esta and Goran reached the most secluded corner of the room, it seemed to be the safest place and more importantly, it lacked any gaping holes from magic or weapon fire. With Goran's impressive barrier in place, they would both be out of danger for a few moments.
But Esta was not finished. As Goran muttered his holy prayer, raw divine energy began to flow through Esta's entire body. It took a moment to adjust to the change, every step took him farther in less time than usual. His reflexes attuned to that of the hastiest animals known in the galaxy.
As Goran finished the prayer, Esta gave him a meaningful nod before turning back to the ongoing battle. In what seemed like a moment, he had crossed the entire room. The warm-up was over, now. Very few swordsmen were in the room, since most had been killed or pushed outside.
One of two still in the room took a swing at Esta, but found himself a full three feet wide. In the time it took to swing, Esta had side-stepped clear out of the way and moved right behind him. Esta slipped his hand up into the man's combat helmet, and the metal quickly changed to its molten state, along with the man's head, as Esta channeled immense amounts of concentrated fire into the tiny space. Esta had already moved on when the headless corpse hit the floor.
Noticing the gaping, man-sized hole in one of the walls, and the one named Alorin rampaging some ways outside, he decided the others could easily handle the rest of the insurgants who had entered the ship. His battle would lie on the outside: One final favor to the planet he had lived on peacefully for the past decade.
A dozen enemy troopers raised their plasma blasters and took aim upon Esta as he moved, almost blurringly fast, out of the ship. They fired, filling the air with a flourescent green. The weapons fire, however, stopped and floated there, not twelve inches from Esta's body. The discharges collected themselves into a single sphere, which now hovered above Esta's hand.
Lacking any hint of emotion in his expression, he glanced at the sphere. It promptly took off, as quickly as it had left their blasters. The sphere collided with the trooper in the center of the rank, erasing him from existence, and causing a sizeable explosion in the form of a mushroom cloud. The bodies, or pieces, of the other troopers would come to rain down on the battlefield in a few moment's time.
Flames exploded out of his hands, twirling around his body and forming a complete orb. The orb dissapated back into a large ring which hovered up to his waist and back down to his feet. Glancing around the battlefield once more, he looked for his next victims.

Goran reached into the powers of his prayers again, and began to hear a choking sound from the Sorcerer...The power of his own evil was working against him as holy spirit filled him, forcing the evil out in the most disgusting of ways.

::The area became quiet around Goran. Suddenly the sorcerer laughed."Heh heh heh." He was bleeding all around his body, but then his wounds from the prayer healed. The blood was still on the floor as they formed into serpents and slithered towards Goran. "Heeeergh!!!" The sorcerer laughed. He mumbled some strange, archaeic phrase and then a black, huge balled headed bolt of energy slowly floated toward Goran. It was obvious it would take more than a single plea for the Divine One's aid to finish the odd mage.::

As the sorcerer was laughing, it was paying little attention to the others, and only at Goran. That fact, of course, became his downfall as a sword crashed through his head, and then another cut through his neck. Those swords were being held by Derek, who quickly moved out of the way of the other fighters and headed to the docking area. 'Maybe I can send those guys down in the ground some fireworks...'

Esta had accompanied Goran as he fetched his odd-looking meal. After catching a strong whiff of it, Esta had no interest in trying it. Eating other lifeforms, a strange habit. Especially in such decieving mixtures...
He figured it would be polite for Goran to sit and eat alone, so Esta did help himself to a large glass of spring water, which he could only assume was derived from a nearby planet. It was cool, crisp, and tasted genuine. But then, replicators had improved in the past few decades.
As Goran began his mealtime prayer, Esta paused and sat with his head bowed. While he had no actual interest in his master's faith, the least he could do was be respectful of his master's path in life. As Goran began carefully taste-testing the gooey paste, Esta sipped at his water calmly.
This Calm would not last for long, he knew it.

Esta nodded. While he did not see the value in such an item, especially considering the risk of giving chase, it was clearly important to the priest. A reddish glow illuminated Esta's eyes as he looked around the entire room, searching every corner and bulkhead.
After being assured the thief was not still hiding somewhere in the room, he bolted to the large doorway, the only place in or out of the eatery. He performed the same search left and right as he exitted the eatery. With one final glance back at Goran, he nodded again and started running down the long promenade which stretched across most of the eastern quadrant of the space station.
The place was pretty empty. There was only a few aliens walking here and there. Then, out of the corner of his eye, a shadow blurred into another corridor one hundred meters ahead. It was moving much faster than Esta, but he did not relent. In about fifteen seconds Esta reached the turn and started his way down the new corridor.
It was a narrow space bridge, with massive viewing windows giving passerbys a beautiful glimpse of the vaccuum beyond. The bridge itself was quite narrow, maybe enough to fit eight people side by side, but it continued all the way to the other section of the space station. Only three creatures were walking along the bridge, two insectoids and one humanoid. Esta scanned each of them as he ran by, deciding it would be nigh impossible for any of them to be hiding a large, ivory mace.
Esta reached the end of the space bridge after a minute of so. There were two turns, one continued on and connected to a main promenade on the western part of the station, the other was a narrower, dark maintenance corridor. This Shadow would hide with his kin, the Darkness. Esta started down the maintenance corridor. The reddish glow returned to his eyes and illuminated the extensive bulkheads above his head. It was almost like an intricate maze of pipes, and it was certainly pitch black. Very easy to hide in, if you could climb well.
He quickened his pace, but even then he knew he would not be able to catch up to the thief. As he was passing by a particular bend, however, he caught a glimpse of something concealed in the bulkheads with his extrasensory vision. It was almost perfectly blended with the wall bend, without the magic, he would have missed it entirely. But the white mace added the flaw to this thief's stealth capabilities.
Esta stopped and looked straight up into the maze of pipes and power relays, fixing his glowing eyes on the shadowy figure. A smile crept onto his icy-blue lips and he raised both of his hands to abdomen level, waiting.
