Oh man! Well he's the head of the Guild of Calamitous Intent in The Venture Brothers, and he has a line while punching a guy in the face, "Make way for the homo-superior!" On the surface, this could easily be because he's kind of a meta-human, able to shape shift and such, in the show. It's also, for those who know of his work, a direct reference to his songs (perhaps most obviously "Oh! You Pretty Things"). I'm no big Bowie fan, so I am sure others can speak more interestingly about that.
