The first thing to do is the characters, so what exactly would everyone want to be?
If you could be anything for 1-2 months on the forum, either a black mage or a masked jedi fighter or a giant, or a blues musician, ect ect ect what would it be?

OK, basically we are going to be running this off the game Shadowrun and just modding it into place. Because you obviously have all the books already I'll post these links to the PDFs of the rules. Obviously the books are not needed to learn easily, so to explain how this works (until the rest of the systems are cleared with the mods and possibly Brian):

Everyone gets 400BP (Build Points) which can be used however you want, things like skills, stats and qualities have limits (qualities are basically feats, but passive... you can generally just make shit up and call it a feat as a skill check, it's a better system TBH) but things like money and gear generally don't have limits, so for instance you could just not add a lot into stats and have amazing gear to make up for it since if you get 400BP, its all gotta go somewhere.

The stats are:
BODY [Basically your physical Constitution.]
AGILITY [Your physical Dexterity]
REACTION [Your mental Dexterity]
STRENGTH [Duh]
CHARISMA [Duh]
INTUITION [Perceptiveness, foresight, spacial awareness and subconscious Intelligence]
LOGIC [Raw mental computing power, basically Intelligence]
WILLPOWER [Basically morrowind, or Wisdom minus perception]

Each start off as 1, and each 1 after that costs 10BP.
There are 2 limits to stats:
1) 200BP is the maximum that can be spent on stats.
2) You can only max out 1 stat (raising it to 6) and that costs an additional 5BP.

Example!
OK, let's go with something like a parkour character:

BODY: 3 (20BP)
AGILITY: 6 (maxed out, 55BP)
REACTION: 4 (30BP)
STRENGTH: 4 (30BP)
CHARISMA: 2 (10BP)
INTUITION: 3 (20BP)
LOGIC: 2 (10BP)
WILLPOWER: 3 (20BP)

Total Cost 195BP, 205BP remain.

Before I post an article on skills (much more complex) let's just make sure this works for now!

Thanks all for your support, but it was decided that to maintain the forum in its originally intended purpose we can't have any sort of RP leak out of the RP section.
If anyone has any questions on how to run campaigns, ect. in this system feel free to PM, but otherwise the project is on indefinite hold (like StarCraft: Ghost).
