I've got a program that I can break the gif into its individual frames with, then I resize the frames and regif them. You're talking about the same Kanaya gif you're using as an avatar here, right? I can make a 150 version if you want.

The Border House - Very accepting site. I've written a couple articles for them. Thinking of writing one on Persona 4 for them. The comments section are home to some really good discussions, at least the ones I've read, and they're good about calling people on stuff when they fuck up, without being as dickish as I usually am. See: When I got called out on my use of a couple words in an article. For the most part, I enjoy instances of being called out because it creates learning experiences.
