Oh come on, the team starts and stops with Ricky Ray. Always has and Always will. There has been very little skilled players coming in for receiving, running back or even defense. If Ricky Ray is hot they're good, if he's not they suck. Maciocia wasn't a bad coach. A bad Coach/GM yes, but not a bad coach. Besides everyone had the Eskimo's on paper being the Grey Cup champs at the beginning of the year. The team hasn't shown up at all. That's the players fault for not caring. Quit blaming the GM/Coach's for players who don't care to play.
