Yeah, he gave me the link a while ago. It's a depressing comic, which I think is made slightly humorous due to it being made completely of stick figures.

Hey, so you know, I fixed up my computer. Sure, I had to format my primary harddrive and reinstall Windows, but it's working better than ever right now.

I enjoy a good OS reinstall. I feel great now. Woo!

It's from the game Contact, which uses a certain (small) amount of intertoobz slang. This quote in particular is from the Professor, who sort of acts as a go-between between you, the player (whom he addresses directly) and the character you're controlling. He tends to hang out in the top screen, commenting occasionally on the stuff the character you control is doing in the bottom screen.
