DanteFalcon is reputed to be..repu..tational. Yes.
Default

Name: Bartholomew Andrews IV (Usually goes by Andy or Andrew due to a strong dislike of his first name.)

Gender: Male

Aura: (I really have no idea which mythos this would fit into but the coloration would be dark either way. If I had to guess this would be Dark Blue)

Age: 18

Appearance: Andy tends to blend in well with crowds. His hair is neat, dark brown and kept fairly short. Eyes are pale blue and appear unfocused most of the time. He keeps his face clean shaven revealing his facial structure to be very rounded, a small nose, lower cheekbones and subdued jawline making him almost seem sad or shy though neither are true most of the time. He stands at about 5' 8", making him smaller than most other males his age. His clothing is usually a loose white t-shirt and dark blue jeans. He's almost always wearing tennis shoes and his build is that of someone who keeps himself in shape by distance running (thus toned but not bulging on muscle) almost daily should weather permit. His skin is well tanned due to this physical training. His gait is slow and he doesn't take up a lot of room as he walks, letting his weight rest on the balls of his feet making his stride extremely quiet for no real reason.

Race: Human

Abilities:

Card Reading: Andy has the capability to read peoples minds to an extremely limited degree. Only their outermost thoughts (what they are currently thinking of) and not with any degree of expediency or any range, having to be within a few steps of the person in question.

Bluff: Should Andy ever strike someone in anger or fear the amount of force generated isn't shown in the speed of his hit and most any hit will hurt far more than it has any right to. Something that looks like a light jab could hurt just as much as a full force punch.

Forced Hand: Anything that is thrown by Andy tends to swerve towards the area that it would be most effective depending on his intent. Should he be trying to escape without major harm and he throws a rock behind him it would swerve under someone's foot to try and slip them. If he's willing to cause the pursuer some harm it may instead swerve towards their eye. It's far from infallible and requires he has some knowledge of where his target currently is.

Background: Born and raised in the south with one younger sister Andy loved card games more than most things. To the extent that he carried a standard deck with him almost everywhere he went. And because he played most of his life (and the abilities he's unaware of help) he's quite good at it. He rarely plays for any stakes but every time he has he's won, earning him the reputation as a bit of a card shark among his friends. His parents were initially worried he'd develop a gambling habit but have recently realized his aversion to gambling and dismissed it as just his hobby. In school he was a fairly average student earning C's and B's throughout his education. Upon graduating from high school in the southern central U.S. he was enrolled in the Amaranth Institute for the Gifted though as to why he's completely clueless, not seeing himself as particularly gifted at anything but cards. Even so he takes it without complaint, intending to make the best of it and maybe make more friends.

Clubs: Cross Country Runners
Chess Club
Card Game Enthusiasts

Notes: He carries a deck of cards with him everywhere as noted in the background.

Relationships:
Bartholomew Andrews III: His father and the man who insisted on passing down the family name to his only son, cursing his son with a horrible name (In Andy's eyes at least). A much taller man than his son and an engineer at a nuclear power plant he is occasionally frustrated by his sons lack of interest in any of the usual career's and looks to his daughter as a more apt prodigy in the educational field.

Maria Andrews: A loving mother and closer to Andy than his father. She taught him to expand his interest to board games like Chess but they never replaced his love of cards.

Sophia Andrews: His 16 year old younger sister and his superior in intelligence. Still they get along quite well and while they have a rivalry its only ever evident through board and childrens card games (Like....YuGiOh. God I'm watching too much of the abridged series). She has an undertone of arrogance due to her intelligence but tends to avoid lording it over people.
