NAME: R.E.I. (Relatively Empathic Interface)

RACE: Android/Artificial Intelligence Program

CLASS: Forum Administrator (Gaia Online), Personal Assistant/Bodyguard to POS Industries Int'l CEO Pedro O'Sullivan

APPEARANCE: 5'6", slim build, fine auburn hair tied back with chopsticks, pale blue eyes, dressed in grey and black business attire.

POWERS: Superhuman speed and strength (as is customary for any cybernetic being), permanent direct wireless connection and complete autonomy over POS Industries central computer network (command of which is only subordinate to Pedro O'Sullivan himself), internal Gravomagnetic Field Resonator coil allows for control of gravity within 2 meter radius, and high-level electromagnetic energy manipulation (power drawn from top-secret experimental power core). Also programmed with full mastery of nearly every martial arts style known to man.

Gaia Online Administrative Power: Standard forum admin powers, limited only to Gaia Online with the exception of ability to open Gaian Hyperlink portals at will from almost any location.

BIOGRAPHY: After the last NPF Avatars adventure, the Relatively Empathic Interface (R.E.I.) system that was developed by POS Industries Int'l became the company's heart, soul, and public image upon the company's rise from the financial ashes. Rei's android body, originally constructed by PhoenixCorp, was heavily augmented to better suit the needs of the company, resulting in a revolutionary new combat system and the granting of Adminstrative authority over the newly-acquired Gaia Online.

Rumors abound about the motivations of POS Industries and its mechanical spokesperson. Traffic in and out of Gaia has almost entirely halted, and those who do travel there report that the entire forum has apparently been torn down and replaced by a massive parking lot for the Denny's across the street. Conspiracy theorists allege that this is merely a cover to hide the more "ambitious" projects of its new parent corporation, a cover executed via Rei's ability to seemingly manipulate reality itself within the Gaian borders. Furthermore, it has been said that the core used to power Rei's android body is an experimental copy of the Kurosen, though there has been no evidence to back up this claim.

Much of the furvor, however, has died out in NPF since the news of the inexplicable ascension of Fifthfiend to moderator status.
