Did the Light Warriors just doom the world all over again?

It occurs to me that the "Light Warriors" could have told the Real Light Warriors, who were both high level and wielders of the coveted weapons of legend, about their dilemma with Chaos and let them save the world. Their knee jerk nefarious instincts just damned the universe all over again.

I wouldn't say they doomed it again. It's more like they sped up the end of the world.

Yeah, "all over again" kind of implies the world was perfectly safe before. But otherwise, yes.

The Light Warriors being alive dooms the entire world, the only difference between Black Mage ending the world and Chaos doing it is that BM's way is less painful. Slightly

Personally, I think White Mage doomed the world. I mean, she IS the one who created it and everything in it.

Its too bad Thief seems to have become more of an idiot lately. Otherwise he might have realized they could have just pointed the real light warriors at Chaos and then killed whoever won before they could recover.
