Coldplay

I picked up the newest Coldplay CD, X&Y, today. And I must say I nearly instantly fell in love with it. I've had it on loop all night, and I've listened to the third track, White Shadows, at least 20 times already.

I admit it, I'm a big Coldplay fan. I just love thier music. It has a fuller, more genuine sound than a lot of other current bands, and it's all just so musical. Music you can get lost in, and really get into a peaceful state.

So, any other Coldplay fans in here? What do you think of thier music?

Good music. Disappointing that they didn't make UK #1 because of that fucking crazy frog shit. Ah well.

I love Coldplay! I have "A Rush of Blood to the Head," and it is constantly on my cd changer. I just got an iPod for graduation, and that was one of the first cds I put on it.

I can't wait to get X&Y. I'd buy it right now, but I'm cheap. So I gotta wait until I sell back all my college books.

Yes, I have to admit I like Coldplay too. They're something different out of the norm. I especially like 'The Scientist', for purely personal reasons. =)

That is also one of my favorites, but if I were to rank my favorite Coldplay songs at this moment....

1) Till Kingdom Come
2) A Rush of Blood to the Head
3) White Shadows
4) Spies
5) The Scientist
6) Yellow

Although, I must admit, that list shifts around depending on my mood.... (Till Kingdom Come is the 13th track on X&Y)
