The Guild
Staring Felecia Day from Dr. Horrible!
Wow she is pretty funny. Yet another example of Internet trumping TV by like, a million hit points, I guess... Ok maybe that was reaching. Anyway, here's the first episode.

No one's voices are ever that expressive over ventrillo, much less an entire guild's.

Wait, wait.
Women that attractive play online MMORPGs? ...shit. I've missed out on so much with my strict anti-MMORPG stance.

But as far as webseries go, this one is pretty good.

If it makes you feel any better, the idea put forward in this series that they are single is complete fantasy. And yes, their boyfriends play too. So don't worry, you aren't missing out on any girl gamer goldmines there or anything.

I can vouch for the boyfriend/ significant other thing. My wife and several other pretty attractive women I know with boyfriends love some MMO or another. But Felicia Day is one of the more visible ones - she actually does play World of Warcraft and loves it apparently.

So yeah, there are hot gamer chicks out there, but go and take that cold shower anyway. They're taken.

If there is one thing I've learned from playing WoW for more then is healthy, its that the typecast are way too narrow and generic to be true, yes there are girls online, yes a lot of them aren't morbidly obese, and yes a percentage of them are single, and are not being forced to play by significant others. More on topic, am I the only one who noticed they had blood elves and humans during the intro? That's impossible in one guild those are two different factions! -70 Gnome Warlock not Zaboo- |

Eh, I dunno. Most of my ventrillo usage has been limited to only the raids themselves. I make jokes a lot over it and am typically pretty expressive, sure, but I talk for no other reason than to hear the sound of my own voice, so that hardly counts. Other than that, 95% of talk on raid in my experience is done with little emotion, mostly regarding battle strategies. Shooting the breeze is typically done via text.
Also ewwww gnome.
